New CSC post as of 3/20 and still shows 12/31/05 for I-129F!!! ARRGH!

That is so frustrating to see...for sure all of us have been waiting for that date to change. Been looking forward to seeing them post a new one only to see that it will still be on Dec.31...is there someone we could stranggle? ha ha ha!

I better find a punching bag to release my rage...but I did saw someone who had a Jan.3 NOA1 who got their NOA2 already. So we still have hope that we January petitions might get ours soon. Hopefully this month of March too.

Thanks! I've been eyeing the CSC date postings for the last month to see if there was any getting approved past post date and when I saw others with Jan NOA1 getting approved, I knew I had to be close! I am just so happy I filled out all the little boxes on all the forms correctly and bypassed the RFE

I've seen another VJ-member approved approved today or yesterday (in the k-1 discussion section) who had his NOA1 from CSC in early january. So maybe you shouldn't worry too much about the date not changing - it doesn't seem to be too accurate anyway.
