Hi everyone, my fiancee and i are now gathering documents for the i-129f requirements. Are we going to put these in a binder? I really need all your guidance since we don't know about this.

Do not put them in a binder, USCIS will just remove your papers from the binder and throw it (the binder) out. You can organize the papers in a neat stack with tabs at the bottom to separate the sections and put everything in an envelope to send.

My Fiancee is living in Florida so what is the exact address to mail the i-129f packet? He doesn't know either.

He will need to send it to the Texas lock box. 

 

He has 2 options to send it:

We were confused what was the exact address so what i did i sent him my fiancee letter with this address and i wrote like this

Is this ok or not? I just learned about this site today from a friend of mine.

That should be fine.

 

Welcome to the site, I myself found it when I was starting my K1 package for my Now wife, and it has been very helpful as we progressed through the AOS stage and now the ROC stage.

Another question, now that we are done preparing the evidence like pictures together, chatlogs and facetime records. Does he need to sign and dated each papers?
