Approved Fiance Visa Delivery Contact

So my fiance had her interview last Monday, Sept 25th, and was approved. It's been 10 days and we haven't heard anything about the delivery of her visa. Does anyone know if there's a number we can contact for that? It was the embassy in Manila if that helps.

Hi! I got approved on my interview last Oct.3 and the NVC states issued today.How did you check it online?. Btw, where is the address of your F?

Check status on the CEAC website, once it shows ISSUED there it can be 5-9 days for delivery.     Patience ...
