Hi, I know this thread is a year old but it's the first on the results when I searched "2Go tracking" so I thought my experience might help. 🙂

I had my interview July 27, 2018 and my CEAC status changed to "Issued" on July 30. I got an email from no-reply@ustraveldocs.com on August 1. I also got a text message from ustraveldoc 12 minutes later saying my passport is ready.

Yup.  The times they are a changing ...       Gotta like it!!

.. tracking info from USTRAVELDOCS  started showing up some months back.   This for sure was a good move on their part.

It is through the help of those, like you, that report back on their experience that we are able to pass new info onto those that come through here after you.   I do thank you for sure.

K-1 visa, non-immigrant but apparently treated as one because of immigration intent

@Hank i checked the status of my kids’ passport at 2go’s site and it says “in transit”. I called 2go’s hotline and they said that they already received the visa packets from the embassy. I asked when can I get the passports and the agent said if not Wednesday (12th of September 2018) maybe Thursday (13th of September 2018). I was wondering if it is safe for me to book our flight back to SFO for Sunday? Do you think I will be able to pick it up at 2go MOA by Wed or Thursday the latest? Then go to CFO/PDOS to pay on Friday?

What are your thoughts? Kindly help...I really need your 2 cents here. Thank you.

checked the status at 2GO's site and it says "UNDELIVERED" Reason: Hold transaction for pick-up at 2GO MOA...what does it mean? Can I go to MOA now and pick the passports/visa packets of my kids today?

True that. I have waited for this moment for a very long time. I am glad I chanced upon this site and I am grateful for people like you who were very helpful and even went out of your way to give us information and assurance that we were doing the right thing. The waiting might be quite long but it was all worth it.

Praying still for a good weather and may everyone who is waiting for their visa issuance, goodluck. Pray and read, ask if you aren’t sure and be patient. In no time all your hardwork would pay off.

God bless everyone.

Thank you Visa Journey and special mention to you @Hank for being so helpful. More power.

😊🙏🏻😘

Hi everyone, I am seeking for information as well as suggestions/adv....my Dad had his interview on Nov 23rd, 2018 (Friday) at the US Embassy in Manila.  He was given a white slip stating he will get his visa within 5-7 working days.  On Dec. 3rd, 2018 (Monday), we checked ceac website, and his status changed to ISSUED and it said there that it will take 7-10 working days.  Reading the experiences of all of you here, it looked like the passport/visa packet arrived less than 10 working days.  I also checked 2go but no info is available.  I also sent an email to passportstatus@ustraveldocs.com and i got an auto-reply stating that there is no status update available for the passport number i submitted.  My Dad also went to the physical 2go location, and nothing is there yet.   Is this something concerning?  I would very much appreciate knowing from you...thanks in advance.

Scroll back about 7 or 8 postings ..  tracking info there

Depending on where your dad lives, if not metro Manila, I wouldn't expect to hear from 2GO this coming Monday or Tuesday

Thanks Hank.  My Dad is 5 hours away feom Manila...he is in the province (northern luzon)

I would say just a little more patience.  It usually takes 2 more days after ISSUED before 2GO picks up the visa package from the embassy (end of day),  then it can be 5-10 days more.

Did you try tracking the visa on 2GO?  For your dad I would try using the MNL #
