Tell him it's way too much.  Seeing all of that will raise attention, but in a negative way.

We wrote about a paragraph for the proof of having met in the past 2 years, included photos, hotel receipts, plane tickets, and the passport stamps verifying the dates.

They don't care about long narratives telling romantic stories about when you've met.  They want concrete proof you've met in the past 2 years, and that's it.

Okay guys what do you think about this covert letter? It is too much information about how do we meet?

MORE THE BETTER ?

Mine was 175 pages.... and I personally think it's worth it to front-load your application. The embassy and the state dept. / immigration dept. REALLY read your petition. Everything you send to them will be read. EVERY SINGLE PAGE. I was together for 5 years with my then fiancé prior to submitting the petition.

The IO at the embassy was soooooo happy to meet me and she said, I cannot believe that I finally meet you. I love your petition. Is your Fiancé here with you??

They didn't even ask any significant question during the interview. It's just, "So you're moving to the US?" and that's it... they approved my K-1.

I say gio ahead and send all 125 pages. GOOD LUCK!!!!

Like others my opinion would be too much information looks suspicious.

Proof of meeting in the last 2 years can literally be 1 line: Sarah travelled to Hawaii on January 20th 2017 to visit me for 10 days" - include the ticket stubs, hotel reciepts and BAM, there's proof of meeting.

120 pages is too much even if fleshing out a full relationship timeline in minutia.

Extraneous details if embellished, can come back to bite you with RFEs or at interview.

Our application is 95% complete, I expect we will file when I'm there (31 days til I'm there for Thanksgiving/Christmas, NYE!)  It has 10 pictures of us together/with his family; a 2 page document explaining how we originally met and the path to get to becoming engaged, proof of travel where I have visited, all the required forms and our letters of intent. Less than 20 pages, total, all held together with a single folding clip.

See, I think yours being 175 was deeply analyzed and read in a positive light because you guys have been together for long which would also give them reason not to ask too many questions at the interview. I feel like it depends on how long you guys have been together as well as the amount of events during that time are a good reason to front load but think about being one of those persons reading a 200 page submission for persons who have been together for only 6 months? Seems a little fishy and it's even worse if it's a bunch of repetitive stuff. I think it really varies from relationship to relationship as well as the who is reviewing your case...

What to do after NOA2:

Spoiler

After USCIS approves the petition, it is sent to the National Visa Center (NVC). The NVC will assign you a case number and send your petition to the U.S. Embassy or Consulate where your fiancé(e) lives.

The NVC will mail/email you a letter when it sends your fiancé(e) case to the U.S. Embassy or Consulate. Once you receive this letter, inform your fiancé(e) to take the below-listed actions to apply for a K-1 visa and prepare for the interview.

Not having done it yet, I'd probably also guess that it will depend entirely on if it's a High Fraud country as to if more information is going to make it easier/better to have been front-loaded and all that.

All the people I've spoken to who have gone through this process successfully (Aussies and a few Brits) all had zero issues and submitted less than 30 pages total. If you're from countries which have high levels of arranged marriages, lots of attempts at visa fraud etc, it's probably going to be better to have more info to begin with.

If you are including G-325A forms you may be using the old I-129F form that is no longer acceptable.  Make sure you use the latest form (I believe 13 pages) for they will deny for using the wrong form.  The new form includes the information from the G-325A so that form is obsolete.  There are a lot of petitions denied because of the wrong form.

This is not mine is from a guy who I'm talking to fb about how the cover letter of him looks, and Yes he has the new version but he is sending g-325a in case I will be sending the same form just in case you never know. and it only takes one page I don't have anything to lose

I think we can all agree that 120 pages is excessive. The only burden of proof for the I-129F is that the petitioner is a USC and that the petitioner and beneficiary have met in person in the previous 2 years. Everything else is just extra padding.

The law is quite black and white - either you can meet the requirements of being a USC petitioner and having met the beneficiary in the last 2 years or you can't. You are applying for an immigration benefit, not a spot on the Newlyweds Game. It's not a contest to see which couple is the most romantic or who loves their fiance the most. USCIS adjudicators are not required to make a judgement call on the viability of a relationship. In other words, the approval of the petition is based solely on the requirements being met. USCIS does not consider whether the couple are a "good match", whether the couple are likely to end up divorced (50% do anyway) or anything of that nature.

I always urge quality over quantity. A few pages of good, solid evidence of having met in person is worth more than a million pages of "I love you" text messages and heart emojis. Front loading is fine but make it relevant!

Unless they see the obsolete form during their first quick look through and deny the petition for the wrong form. Personally I would just do what they ask for. I’m my eyes sending obsolete forms is just asking for trouble.  I hope your petition gets through with no trouble but I’m not sure how the people that take the checks and do the quick look through will react when they see that form.

Lol People send way more unnecessary papers, form  g-325a everyone is going to send it anyways even if they know isn't needed, and I don't think someone would just deny something just because they send a page of something that was necessary, and isn't now. that just kinda stupid to assume, they will deny something for too much information? I don't think so. I will be sending the form anyways, and a lot of people will do it too.

It's unlikely to be an issue. However, keep in mind everything you send can be used against you as well. Sending unnecessary information has come back to bite people in the past.

majority of the people think its definitely overkill. The g-325a prob doesnt matter as much.  It prob wont deny you, but as stated above giving alot of unnecessary information(120 pages) can come back and get you. Good luck!

Lol He is not my friend, we are just collecting and filling the I-129f and we were comparing cover letters so I send it and he sends me his and I was SHOCKED to see how much information he put I was like my entire form isn't more than 60 pages, what kind of things did you write in there that need that much pages? did u meet her when she was 5 or what? or did you travel 20 times?

Well he told me he just visit her 1 time for 1 month but they travel a lot,  inside their fiance country, so  he put like 7 destinations and airplane tickets visiting her country, he even put the BAGGAGE CLAIM  TICKETS  lol I was laughing  so hard, why in the world someone would want to see that? But anyways I try to tell him, that you might be putting too much info.

Haha...he MIGHT be? He IS putting to much...and only one time for one month? That's not going to work out well for you FB friend/acquaintance, or whatever he is..haha

It's their FB friend..not theirs...and your right I give exactly what they ask for and no more...well we front loaded a little but honestly it doesn't take much as long as it is the correct info they are looking for. I'd be interested to see what exactly he put in there for 120 pages though, haha.
