We had one page wrote about how we met... 1!!

If I see someone send me 120 pages I'd deny them just because I wouldn't want to waste my time on reading it.

Okay guys what do you think about this covert letter? It is too much information about how do we meet?

MORE THE BETTER ?

If you are including G-325A forms you may be using the old I-129F form that is no longer acceptable.  Make sure you use the latest form (I believe 13 pages) for they will deny for using the wrong form.  The new form includes the information from the G-325A so that form is obsolete.  There are a lot of petitions denied because of the wrong form.

PHILIPPINES ONLY!!!  CFO (Commission on Filipinos Overseas) INFO - Can't leave home without it!

PDOS (Pre-Departure Registration and Orientation Seminar) is for ages 20-59.  Peer Counseling is for 13-19 years of age.

It is required to have the visa in their passport for PDOS and Peer Counseling.

GCP (Guidance and Counseling Program) is for K-1 Fiancee and IR/CR-1 spouse ONLY.

He may want to forget about putting every single page in plastic protectors as well. The papers will be taken out, page by page,  have holes punched, and then put into a file. If I was the one having to take that apart page by page, I'd be.. well.. not happy. Lol On another note, I've always wondered if the adjucator does this, or if they have someone specifically for that job. To put the files together before they land on the adjucators desk?

Sounds like he's read one too many threads/articles on front-loading an application.

Front-loading is a good idea, I've done it myself at times with USCIS....however, there's a difference between "front-loading" and "completely overwhelming".....

He needs to really slim down his package more....and get rid of the Love Story, Future Plans and Thank You Letter he wrote...he also needs to remember that sending in too much info will be later on held like "gospel" when it comes to anything else he says/sends in, and could come back to hurt him in the end.

On an aside, if I were the IO receiving that binder if documents---my first thought would be "ok, how can I pick all of this apart and find the 1 lie that will unravel everything?"  In other words,  that much evidence would immediately prompt me to LOOK for something that doesn't make sense right off the bat, because it gives the impression of a huge cover-up.

I couldn't agree with this even more. I would do maybe 5-10 pages at most not 100.

I believe the documents are scanned and punched at the lockbox, then physically mailed to the service center. But I could be wrong...RFEs and such are sent to the service center directly, so they must have the ability to do the same. But i highly doubt the IO would be the one doing this! haha

120 pages is a complete overkill. Anything over a few lines describing the circumstances in which you met is unnecessary.

All that needs to be done is to explain in a few words how it happened. For example: Johnny and I met online in October 2014. A year later, I visited Johnny in his home country in October 2015. We saw each other twice since the original visit, once back in December 2016 when we went to NYC for Christmas and another time in May 2017 when we went on a trip to celebrate my birthday"

Then provide evidence that shows that Johnny and you shared the same time and space during October 2015, December 2016 and May 2017. Even if you have more evidence of meeting in May 2017 you are still complying with the requirement of meeting in person, at least once,  withing the past two years prior to filing.

THAT is all

USCIS Does not want your love story, they do not care.... AT ALL

I cannot comment on the 120 pages, I think ours was 30. I've read before too much information may be troublesome for them as they won't go through everything.

However I believe the form G-325a is no longer required.

I think the more info the better. The G-325 is not required, that info is now included on the updated I-129F so make sure you have the right form.

When i submitted my k1 package for my fiancée our packet was 205 pages. It cost 9.99 to send it via usps.

When we filed for aos we submitted close to 150 pages and for roc we sent close to 225 pages.

On june 27th this year my wife and daughters got their 10 yr green cards and my wife gad no interview for aos or roc.

The total cost of mailing everything was under 45 dollars.

I am preparing a K1 package myself and this thread has given me pause. All comments in this thread make sense.  I had 13 meetings with my fiance and my packet is also nearing 50 pages to document those 13 meetings. I wonder if there is any analysis on whether the 100+ page packages take longer to adjudicate.

For clarification, the size of your package does not and did not determine the eligibility of your spouse and her child, for any of these procedures.

My package was 195 pages less than yours for K1, 140 pages less than yours for for AOS, 200 pages less than yours for ROC and I am now a citizen. Only interview I had was at the embassy stage.

This is a not a matter of size.

I only stated the number of pages due to the 500 dollar cist stated and the total amount for my packages was 45 dollars. No whete close to the suggested 500 dollar statement.

Quality > Quantity. People with hundreds of pages of documents have been denied (and usually complaining that the documents were not looked at). People with small packets have had no issue (not all, obviously...but some). Personally, my entire I-129F packet was 19 20 pages counting supporting documents (but I did not frontload because it wasn't needed).
