Removal on condition on permanent residence

Hi, my name is Benjamin and been married for almost 4 years, we had some problems because my wife was ver violent and she keeps hurting me with weapons so I made the police arrest her on several occasions. Well I got my green card and it expired so applied for a renewal. Two months ago I moved out to a different room and she moved out to her moms house and this is temporary. I changed the address with USCIS and now they want us to come for interview, bust she lives with the mom and we don’t have any lease at the moment because we don’t live at the same place now. Is it a problem if I don’t go to the interview with a lease? We have other documents, car title, insurance and bank account. Want to know if that’s enough. I have also prove from the police that shows that we live together.

IT Professional- Retired- Web Site Design, Hardware Maintenance, Compound Pharmacy Software Trainer, On-site go live support, Database Manager, App Designer.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

So, just go to the interview with proof that you entered the marriage in good faith along with a copy of the restraining order....Obviously, you both can't attend the interview together due to the restraining order.
