Have you received any notification from USCIS about it? Usually they state that process is under administrative processing, however in actual they do it intentionally to let it expired by itself in 90 days. Only way to know actual position is through congressman or senator.

I will suggest you to go with congressman as they take more interest in such matters, however you have to check whoever belong to ruling party have more influence, go to him. Your uncle can search his local congressman or senator. He must know about this if he is a citizen of USA.

Your comment is incorrect. I-130 petitions do not expire after 90 days.
The main point here is that the petitioner is deceased and there is a process in place by a protective law which was put in place
with the work of Brent Renisson.
You don't understand this specific situation.
The petitioner died 2 years ago and there is nothing to expedite for a senator.
They should have contacted a lawyer for advice immediately after his death.

If the email was written correctly he will receive a response. He has to ask for a consultation about the protective law that covers beneficiaries
when the petitioner dies. You can't just write one sentence "hey what do I do now" but write an email that makes sense and seeks his service.

1. Know the law for this situation.

2. Contact the lawyer for clarification if there is still an immigration benefit or if too much time has past.

3. Follow lawyers advice. So what if it costs you some money ? How bad do you want this to work ?

 

 It takes a lot of work to try to move this petition forward if it can be done at all.
Why has your uncle not called the lawyer after all this time ?
He is the USC so he has to handle this.
Contacting the senator for a status inquiry is useless at this time because you know that it is at USCIS for revocation.
You have to stop wasting time and get on this or it will be revoked and it's over.
Who can file again with a new petition would be your uncle if the initial one can't be moved forward.
If this was me I would have been on the phone or emailed a competent immigration lawyer 2 years ago.

With a new petition your grandfather's son ( who is your uncle ) would have to petition his brother ( who is your father ) which takes forever.
 A lawyer and specifically Brent Renison can answer all your questions. I doubt you can get them all answered for free.
The senator will not take you through the entire journey, they aren't lawyers nor will  they do the work for you in this messed up case.
Sounds like the uncle is not too worried about petitioning anyone here or helping with the 2 year old case or else why has he
not picked up the phone by now and expects you to handle this ? You aren't a USC I assume.

This is not true. I contacted my senator's office when my husband's case was stuck at the NVC and her immigration liaison contacted me right away and got his case moving again almost immediately.
