A few questions about petitioner's information on I-129F

My fiance (the petitioner) and I (the beneficiary) have a few questions about I129F before sending it to the USCIS!

We are concerned about my fiance's employment history, because there is a two year gap of unemployment when he worked under-the-table at a golf course. There are no records of him actually working and he did not fill out any tax information. At that time he was not in school, and working on the golf course was his only source of income. Question 1: Is it ok to have a two year gap in his employment history? Does he need to explain what he was doing in that time?

Question 2: In part 1, 6c (Middle Name) If you have two middle names on your birth certificate, do you list both?

Question 3: Do you have to write last names in uppercase?

Thank you!

Q1: he was working, no gap should appear  in his history...

Thank you for the reply!

For my employment history, there are some gaps since I was only working in the summer/winter breaks during I was at school. I listed as "unemployed" and put the dates. Our concern is that, yes, he was working, but he was getting paid under-the-table and there's no proof that he was worked there. For this situation, do you still say you're working at a golf course? Will it be a problem there's no paperwork proof that he worked there or will it be okay?

If he worked, he needs to disclose it. Even unauthorized work needs to be reported on these forms (I know this is authorized work...just making a point). USCIS is not the IRS, though.

Thank you for your reply and clarification about USCIS and IRS. It makes sense! If you have answers to my other questions, I'd appreciate it! Thank you.

He can complete the tax returns for the years he did not file. Of course, if he does so, he will have to pay taxes on his income during that time.

Thank you for your advice!

Can he file his tax and pay his taxes anytime of the year (like now) or does he have to wait until the regular tax period? Well, I'm sure we can figure that out on internet, so I'll tell him to look it up haha But thank you for your advice again!

He can file back tax returns anytime. He can estimate his income over the years  (if he doesn't know the exact amount). Just keep in mind....he will have to pay back taxes  (and penalties).

Q2:  I have 4 first names and I listed them all. I would do the same with middle names.

Q3: not necessary , but ok to use all caps

Thank you for answering my other questions as well!

Oh wow yeah we will list his both middle names then! On his passport, there's only one of his middle name so we wanted to make sure it is correct to list all the middle names:) On his birth certificate, they list both middle names so we will make sure to write his name as it's written in birth certificate. Thank you again!
