Is there a questionnaire guide line so that my husband and I can be prepared for the questions they may ask us?

Not really.  There are lots of examples around but the questions asked will depend on the details of your circumstances.  The visa applicant should be prepared to answer any and all questions about the relationship, the petitioner's life, family, job and marital history.  Essentially, the petitioner prepares their spouse with all possible information.

One thing my husband and I did to prepare for his interview was read through the Consulate Reviews in the Ghana portal. It gave us a good feel for what type of questions this embassy likes to ask. Not all the questions pertained to our case, but the ones that did we reviewed together....multiple times. 

 

For the Ghana embassy, your husband should know about all of the evidence you’ve submitted at every phase of this process. Only 1 or 2 questions my husband was asked had anything to do with our relationship. All the other questions came directly from the evidence we submitted to the USCIS and at the interview.

Thank u everyone for your help n advice. I am not sure how to look up the consultant but I guess if i go to the Ghana embassy sure they will have a link. I sent my husband everything i sent immigration thank u for the heads up.

@Theresa & Yakubu, yes my husband is from Ghana. We were fortunate to get through the entire CR1 process in just 10 months. But we had applied early last year when the USCIS was taking just 4 months and the NVC about 8 weeks. We also went through the K1 visa process before, which was denied in 2015.
