AOS i485 Need a question answered.

Hello i am a DACA recipient and i have a question if someone can shed some light. On page 10, part 8, question 23 of i485 it states "Have you ever applied for any kind of relief or protection from removal, exclusion, or deportation? Would I select yes? Or no? I have never been under any proceedings for removal, exclusion or deportation but isnt DACA a protection from deportation?

I think the answer is "yes" but am not confident on it. I"ll wait for an experienced VJ member to answer this question.

I'd say if you do not find answers on the internet then you may call USCIS customer care and find out.

So basically people are saying "NO" because I assume you don't have a document which shows you actually on "removal, exclusion or deportation proceedings".
