Last month I applied for N400 while I751 still pending. I am not sure if they will process both cases at the same time or separately. My status on I751 18019.......hasn't changed, the case hasn't been transferred anywhere and I have never received an extension letter. Luckily I was able to get  a stamp on my passport. When I checked 50 cases after igmy number 22 of them didn't change, 21 has been transferred, 4 has been approved and the rest has some name or address updates.

Wac or EAc?

Not necessarily . I didn't apply my n400  but still got transfered to Nebraska.  I am California filer

Nice. Except nebrascas backlog is crazy long but least you got transferred. I applied for N400 and initially I debated if I should thinking that they will transfer and do a combined application. I resisted the urge for a 2 months but eventually caved in 10 days ago when i applied for n400 online. It was easy and I got it all done in a couple hours so I never have to worry about finding tax returns and couting time I was away...ever again, although getting an RFE would negate everything I just said. It was a huge relief though.

Ok so, that's good to hear that it's not just n400 apps that are being transferred.

I would imagine the 79^ are those that applied for N400 more than a month ago.

Mine was transfered to TSC during November. I haven't applied for N400 (was going to wait until I have new GC).

David1987- You took the right decision to apply for Citizenship.  Which is the last step of our long immigration journey.  It is taking 9-12 months in some field offices, so starting early is a good idea in my view and it is allowed.

So the dhs website allows an aplicant to start filling out N400 application even if his/her time-window hasn't opened yet. My questions is: Can I work on an application and keep it saved beyond 30 days. Or does the website delete an application if it is not submitted after thirty days? My windows opens on April, 8th but I want to start working on it right now.

im guessing there will be slow movement this week due to the large amounts of dust they need to get off the October applications. Once the dust has been removed, they can continue with the processing.

and also maybe because we are 14 months pending? probably not tho.

more approvals. even some happening today!
