On November 23, 2018, your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number EAC1801900145, was transferred to another USCIS office. That office now has jurisdiction over your case. We sent you a notice that explains why we moved your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your notice by December 23, 2018, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy of the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

Nothing to worry about. If yours transfered to Texas service center then you can expect approval in next 45 days.  But if transfered to Nebraska center then you might need to wait for another 4 months minimum.

Thank you for responding. Yes, I guess we are in the same boat. I'm not sure if USCIS is open tomorrow (Friday) but I will call to see where the case was transferred to. I hope it won't be long now for us.

Depends. Texas service center is much faster then Nebraska service center. My understanding is VSC getting transfered to Texas but CSC to Nebraska and Nebraska is going to take several more months to review application.

They are slow because they process majority of applications. In the end, it should not matter because you filed with California, correct? It might take another month or two.
