I'm not sure why they split my petition to 2 forms 1-751 and CRI-89 and the submitted dates are different. I submitted my i-751 back in Oct of last year and I don't know what the Feb 25th date is about. Did anyone get this?

It looks like the first one might be from the Service Center and the 2nd one from your local field office. My local field office received my petition on 2/26 after it hat been at CSC since October.

But now that we can use the case number from the initial NOA, at least we can always check our case status and we'll know if a biometrics letter has been sent out (if everything is working properly).

Funny story: 2 days before receiving my 2yr card, my case status was updated to 'your card has been destroyed because you did not contact us', but I had. Turns out someone there made a mistake and I received my card like 2 days later. Meanwhile I was freaking out, made an infopass appointment ...

All, I was able to schedule a last minute infopass appointment which is in about an hour from now. What all docs do I need to take with me?

I'm thinking - Passport, GC, I797, and all the messages saying they are slammed and keep waiting.

Hi guys, I was wondering if it's possible to go to an InfoPass appointment in another state that isn't mine. I'm Going to FL in 2 weeks and I checked on the info pass website and they have one in Tampa for the days I'll be in FL. If it's ok, then I'll schedule it and go to Tampa, rather than be here waiting in my state to get an appointment (which it won't happen soon). What do you guys think?

I wouldnt see why there is anything wrong with that. Worst case is you can call customer service and find out.

I had my InfoPass appointment today- Same update like most others that CA service center is slammed and don't expect an update before ~12 months of date of I-751 application. Although I was able to get I-551 stamped on my passport, valid till April 2019. They clearly said that to not believe the online updates on the case and they are currently working on cases from 2016.
