Hello. :) The short answer is no one really knows. We're all on the edge of our seats waiting to see progress/approvals and, checking USCIS to see if there's any formal statement on what's going on.

Check out this forum for more, and I think there's also a conversation going under on under something like 'case received at local office.'

Good luck with your case, and if you have any updates, do share!

So... started to follow the Case Was Received At My Local Office thread and discovered there seems to be two different website to check case status.

Case Was Received At My Local Office

On February 27, 2018, we received your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number WACxxxxxxxxxx, at your local office. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/

Quote

We received your case

You do not need to do anything at this time

We will begin processing your case and will review it to make sure you have submitted all of the required information and documents. We will let you know if we need anything else from you.

If you do not receive your notice by March 29, 2018, send us a case inquiry and select that you did not receive your notice by mail.

If your mailing address changes, update your address with us.

The second one bares no mention of "local office" and has lead to some new info implying to expect some sort of notice by the end of March, otherwise submit a case inquiry...

Also, based on the case history on the second site... mine had the "received your case" messaging on the 2/25 (which i had missed) before being changed to the 2/27.

The second site is causing me to over think again.  Pointing back towards the potential glitch?  As you know, based on the thread timeline, I mailed our packet on 10/25 and got the NOA with receipt date of 10/30.  The second site shows the case history with the verbiage "We received your case" on 10/30, 2/25 then 2/27.

Once expanded with the "+", they all read similarly... "We will begin processing your case and will review it to make sure you have submitted all of the required information and documents. We will let you know if we need anything else from you. If you do not receive your notice by Month Day, Year, send us a case inquiry and select that you did not receive your notice by mail." with dates of exactly 30 days after the "receive" date (or what all the buzz is calling "transfer" date)  i.e.,

10/30/2017 + 30 days = 11/29/2017 (original submission)

02/25/2018 + 30 days = 03/27/2018

02/27/2018 + 30 days = 03/29/2018 (current case status)

The last odd part I noticed is that the Submitted date shows 2/25/2018 when it was obviously back in 10/30/2017 as an October 2017 filer....

Thanks @Vincent Chu, this is helpful to know. I had no idea about the other site https://my.uscis.gov/account so of course once I saw your post, I bounced over there and got myself set up.

My results are almost identical to yours, except I submitted my packet a day before on 24 Oct 17 and my received date on this site is 26 Oct. Then my received dates match yours, 25 and 27 Feb, each giving the 30 day wait period before I can submit an inquiry.

My 'submitted date' at the top of the screen 'Your cases' seems to be sticking at 25 Feb 2018. There's no mention of the 5 March 'Case Was Received At My Local Office' that's currently showing on the USCIS case tracker. It's early and I need a lot more coffee but I'm wondering if my local office really has had my case since 25 Feb?

Who knows! I am very keen to see what's on its way today in the mail via Informed Delivery. It seems that @Aloyzas status didn't change online, he got notification of approval direct in the post. Wishful thinking on my part, but I can but dream... :)

As my case history on the 'Welcome to your USCIS account' page doesn't show the 5 March date that's on my case tracker, I'm expecting something by the date below, 29 March. I've already made a note in my diary to follow up with a case inquiry if I don't get anything.

I'm not sure what I'm expecting to receive though! A biometrics appointment, an RFE, approval? Who knows... Also, I don't know how it's getting me - a letter in the mail, email, app alert, manual checking of my case online...

Im going with it probably wont be a biometrics apt because dont they do that lengthy 5 month background check after that? 5 months will push a lot of peoples cases over 2 year waiting time. Seems counter productive when they are aggressively trying to get these cases to a decision. Could be wrong tho :/

When all this case transfer hoopla started, like many people I called USCIS to get some clarity. Didn't achieve that but the Tier 2 told me the case review runs concurrently with scheduling appointments like biometrics. So if that's true, and if my biometrics aren't needed (that's not been confirmed, I just haven't had notice for that appointment), then we're into month 5 of my case review. That's if it's been reviewed and not sitting in a stack of cases for people ahead of me at CSC.
