My case was transferred to VSC from CSC and I filed my case in in October 2017 with a priority date of October 19th.
Is there anyone else who is in the same boat; the case is going out of normal processing time window?

Same here. October 30th filer, Vermont, no n400. I got rfe in January, answered in March. Now case is in NBC. Supposedly should be scheduled for interview, but not scheduled and still waiting. Yes, can’t wait to submit a request that case is out of processing time, but have to wait for that about a month.

It will take up to 60 days and you need to call USCIS if you don't receive any response from them thereafter

In the box where they ask what your previous status for your case is. you can put your information in there. like ask questions or anything.

I know I thought about it...my thought was they may only want to see  "case received at local office on April 9th" there :(

Yea in the beginning I did too but when they say "Please provide details of the last action that you received on your case in the space below".  The word 'details' kind of makes me think they actually want you to put more than just the previous status.

Hi, it is the first time  posting here, I got a RFE and  I answered it. they got it on February 21, 2019 in Texas center. it has been 69 days waiting and no answer yet. I called back the last week and they only told me that I have to wait 30 more days for other answer and they place a case inquiry because my case out of  the regular processing time, additional to this they told me that my case is not in Texas anymore that it is in Vermont again. Vermont is to far away from my home  to have an interview. My case status keeps saying that they got my RFE in Texas and they will review it. Is there somebody in the same situation?
