You can believe how incompetent USCIS is, can't you?  I am only suggesting out of caution because there were two people recently (on a January or February 2018 filers threads) have reported that they received an update that RFE has been mailed to them, then they waited a week and never got it.  Wait for it, wait for it, they called USCIS and was told that their street address were missing (only city, state, zip code were there).  One of them told USCIS that he/she received all the other letters and has never moved.  Wait for it, wait for it, USCIS told him/her that it must be him/her who made that error (how?).  USCIS can never make errors?  True story.

I called USCIS and verified that they indeed have my correct address. And they said I shouldn't change it to the new address until after my move two weeks later. I asked why did I not receive my transfer notice in November? They said there was a correction on address after transfer notice was sent... Hopefully they corrected everything. Now just have to wait and hope the card comes in by next Saturday. Been compulsively checking update every day, it still hasn't been changed to "card was mailed"... Do they only update status at 7:30 am Eastern time? Because my card was probably ordered to be in production on Friday but I got the update Saturday morning.

Also worst case scenario if card is mailed late, can I redirect the package with USPS or have it helps for pickup?

(Bonus knowledge on calling USCIS and getting a human, don't press any key and don't even select language, it will think you called from rotary phone and connect you to someone and you can avoid phone maze. They will also think you came from a Spanish line. Just tell them to speak English)

Great update.

The online updates can happen anytime of the day.  It is not necessary real time.  It feeds in from a few legacy systems USCIS uses.

Usually the evening hours, the update “card was picked up” happens after USPS scan the envelopes each day.  Not everyone get that update.  It is very inconsistent.

Thank you. Do you know if we should also expect an approval notice like we did for the i485 application? Also my i751 status never had "case was approved", it just said "new card is being produced". Which is different from when I got my conditional green card.

Yes, you will also receive an approval notice in a standard, First Class, mail.  It will come from a Service Center your case was approved at.  If you have USPS Informed Delivery, this should be in your mail feed probably today or tomorrow.

The approval notice usually goes out within two business days of approval, while the card comes out of Kentucky printing facility (with Lee  Summit, MO return address on the sender corner) no later than the 4th business day after approval.

I read my Rfe letter. They are asking lease again . I submitted Tax return until 2016 because that's what I had when I was filing I 751 in oct 2017. Copy of Health and life insurance . They are asking Utility bill which I submitted already at that time . Well, Affidavits are new request which I will definitely turn in.  They also mentioned that not to send a copy of documents already submitted . What should I do

You should submit exactly as instructed, but updated. So if you filed taxes this year, submit that. Print out joint account statements that you have until this point, etc. If they are asking for the same document, submit it. Notice the OR between points, too.

Yes, that's enough. I submitted 2 with my application, one from dad in law and one from our friend. 🙂

Can they use sworn declarations in the letter or it has to be notarized

The instructions does not require that the affidavit be notarized, but if you get it notarized, it confirms the identity of the person writing that affadavit, by the act of notary.

Congratulations and also did you send it at  the beginning of October, just asking to have an idea why they just sent some of them to another office. Thank you for your reply

I had all the letters notarized but they don't have to be. I just think it looks better when they are notarized. And if someone can't come with you, ask them if you can at least have a copy of their ID, some place will notarize with a copy of Driver's License without the person present.

I added the Decleration on the letter. Lawyer said if declaration is added then notary is not required
