I am pretty concerned at the lack of movement in my case. I filed on October 2017, have received the extension letters (12 and 18 months), but nothing beyond that.

Also, my case went to California and then moved to my local office (Nebraska). Anyone has any clues of when can I expect to hear anything?

I appreciate any comments or information.

I’m on the same boat as you, the difference between your case and mine is that my case went to local office first and then from Vermont to Texas on December 2018. After that... no more updates. The only thing i can tell you is wait and be patient.

I751_HK- They already transferred a lot of cases ( so called work load sharing) and they  are now sending RFE to share load among their own office .  The removal of condition is to prove genuine marriage, since people are waiting 15-19 months to get ROC  and 99.5 % ( my own statistic) marriage are still going strong, so why RFE?  They could just called and ask :  Are you still married? and particularly those applied N-400 based on marriage proofed that they are still married

@dilip they could claim (my guess) that the documents are too old now that they just looked at them.  But whose fault is that? Ugh.

GBOS- I agree , documents are 14-15 months old , but as you says whose fault is that?   I am assuming, they might have not assign enough  IO to look in I-751 cases ( not important, scanning millions to get a few bad guys, wastage of money and time) and only way to finish all applications is to transfer them to new offices and also be critical and issue more RFE for them to get some breathing room.

@dilip it is in my opinion that transferring cases is such a manipulation of what workload “look” like on paper.  Rather than working on the cases, putting them somewhere else so they are not my problems anymore.  Kind of what these Service Centers do.

I was using USCIS tracker app and they blocked my ip address. Has anybody faced same problem?

Yes, after running the app with so many cases, they will block your IP address for a few days.

Good to know. Thank you.

ive had mine blocked quite a few times when i was tracking a number of cases. in my experience its usually no more than 24 hours. ive always been able to check more cases the next day.

I was scared for a while thinking if I was doing something illegal tracking stats.

yea its kind of a touchy subject i guess. because you can essentially find information on someone elses case. but i wouldnt worry about it. this app is no different to you going on the case tracker website and typing in all those numbers and checking each individual case manually.

Hi everyone, I am a long time lurker here and I am sharing my update hoping it will give those who have been transferred to Nebraska some hope. I'm WAC18025. We originally filed at CSC, and my case was transferred to Nebraska on Nov 20. It just got approved. No interview, no RFE. Prior to my case being approved, I was seeing approvals at WAC18025 daily. It's only a few each day, but things are moving! For those still waiting, I hope this message brings you hope and that you get approved very soon. Thank you all so much for supporting me during this time. Seeing everyone's updates was very helpful.
