4 approvals for today for eac18019. Out of the 258 total, we have:

151 approvals

50 rfes

49 untouched at local office

20 transfers

1. So the 20 transferred are gonna be the next ones getting approvals or rfes.

2. The 50 rfes is better than being untouched cuz u know someone actually looked at your case

3. So it's really just the local office ones that are not getting much love. I don't see as many transfers happening anymore. If it is, it's just 1 like here and there or every couple days you will get 1. And I think that's seems to be trend...you get transfer notice and then between 1-2 months you either get approved or get the interview request.

4. I applied for n400 and I don't know how many in my batch did but it's been more than 2 months since I submitted my n400 and I haven't seen any update whatsoever. Mine still says local office glitch from April 9th of 2018. Some ppl are getting the combined interview, some are getting green card without interview.

Anywhichhow, at this point I'm not expecting anything before May. Waiting game has killed so many of us and I can't even RIP. The wait is haunting my death even and here I am alive again and waiting again...

Mine is wac18023.  It's been three months since transfer to NSC from California service center.  Transfer date Nov 6th 2018. No movement since then

Hi

I am october 2017 filer, i received an update in the system for rfe around last week of october and i havent received a hardcopy. its been 2 weeks, i already requested for a remail. is this timeframe normal? and what is the grace period that they normally give for applicants to complete the rfe? im worried it may pass the deadline without receiving the notice

Thanks

  • The letter doesn't say a combo Interview so i guess its just citizenship interview. I have applied online for N400 still didn't receive the letter that they have sent but it got already uploaded to my online application under documents. I guess it went fast because of applying online for N400.

I think you have 90 days from date of letter. I got an RFE letter on Jan 14, the letter was dated Jan 9. My RFE deadline is Apr 9.

David1987: I am in EAC180610XXXX group.   143 approved, 55 RFE, did not count the transfer cases, around 83 and 43 untouched including mine ( local office since April 9).  They are approving one or two cases per day now.   I filed N-400.
