Hello everyone .. any news about cases transferred from  California to nebraska

Mine transferred to Nebraska November 20

WAC18018xxxxx

Hi! Im in the same boat (Cali filer, transferred to Nebraska on Nov 20, WAC18025XXX), still waiting.

But i saw some movement on the cases around mine in the last several days. First couple approvals popped up on Feb 7 and since then there are new approvals every day, but at 2-3 per day rate

We must be close, finders crossed

Oddly enough, we realized our approval message read "New Card being produced" as opposed to "You've been approved".. which we thought was usually the first step. Wonder if we'll receive an Approval Letter or the card directly. The NOA2 would be a nice bookend to the NOA1 received 16 months ago.

I received the card is being produced first and never got the approved message (I got 'your appeal was dismissed' notification after my card was produced and my heart dropped because I thought they are reversing the decision). The approval letter will probably come first and then your card, at least that was in my case. I got everything under 10 days from notification to card in hand 🙂

The status of this service request is:

Recently, you contacted us about the status of your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, filed on October 19, 2017.  On October 18, 2018, you also filed a Form N-400, Application for Naturalization.  Our records indicate that your Form I-751 and Form N-400 are currently pending and will be adjudicated at the same time.

This is what I got as a response from USCIS after I submitted case inquiry on my case.

i751 Filed at CSC on Oct 2017

N400 filed online on Oct 2018

Case transfered to Lee's Summit Mo on December 21 2018

Case # WAC18019XXXXX

Field office: Dallas, TX

Is there anyone on the same boat?

4 approvals for today for eac18019. Out of the 258 total, we have:

149 approvals

45 rfes

48 untouched at local office

16 transfers

1. So the 16 transferred are gonna be the next ones getting approvals or rfes.

2. The 45 rfes is better than being untouched cuz u know someone actually looked at your case

3. So it's really just the local office ones that are not getting much love. I don't see as many transfers happening anymore. If it is, it's just 1 like here and there or every couple days you will get 1. And I think that's seems to be trend...you get transfer notice and then between 1-2 months you either get approved or get the interview request.

4. I applied for n400 and I don't know how many in my batch did but it's been more than 2 months since I submitted my n400 and I haven't seen any update whatsoever. Mine still says local office glitch from April 9th of 2018. Some ppl are getting the combined interview, some are getting green card without interview.

Anywhichhow, at this point I'm not expecting anything before May. Waiting game has killed so many of us and I can't even RIP. The wait is haunting my death even and here I am alive again and waiting again...
