Hello everyone, I never received my i751 letter.

No info about fingerprints or anything.

Dont know what to do. I have stamped my passport. Filed for GC removal on October. Anyone with Nebraska office info? Thank you all. Stay warm!

Hi @sintiaF they transferred my case to Nebraska on November 6th. I haven’t heard anything else after that day. I’m waiting and waiting while I’m seeing everybody else getting approved 😭😔

Get an infopass at your local office and ask them about any notices that were mailed to you.

I was in a similar boat, I got my I-751 NOA but nothing after, it turned out USCIS lost my biometrics appointment letter and I had to reschedule it.

Lurker and found visa journey to be very helpful so I made an account to add to the conversation.

I was scared I didn't have enough evidence since I know I didn't send them enough paperwork to span the years we've been married.  I only sent the last few months of bills, new home deed and a few pics.  Thank god they approved it!

Green card approved 01/28/2019 and being shipped!

When you said sent to Texas 12/04/2018, that is a transfer date, and not the original filing date right?

only 1 approval for EAC18020 today

and 3 approvals for EAC18019 today

So if it's going to be 2 approvals on average per day, that's 40 cases a month which for my batch EAC18019 of 245 total, only half have been approved so far. So with that trend, ideally I'd anticipate no earlier than 3 months from now for everybody to get thru and I could very well be the last person on there. A majority of the untouched cases have 'case has been transferred to local office April 9th 2018' as their last update and I know very well that the update to follow after that is the case being transferred for both pre or post N400 applicants. Obviously ppl who applied to N400 like me can expect to hear back within the next 3 months about a combo interview but in terms of actual approval of N400+pending I-751, i've only seen a couple lucky peeps out there who have their interviews scheduled already. The Oath can take anywhere between same day or more. I heard some people have been waiting for 3 months after their interview and never heard anything back about being called for their OATH. I mean there's caveats after caveats and all the odds seem to be against us. So for those who applied for N400 already, ya'll need to chill and try to live a little cuz what else are we supposed to do. There are people from December of 2017 that applied for their N400 and havent heard back so ... how about that for some timeline!!! 2019 is really gonna test out your patience and mine as well :) that's for sure.

Ooooh, I wonder what this is all about? It's arriving today in the mail.

It's coming from my local field office, never had direct contact from them before. Not sure if it's about my I-751, N400 or both! I'll report back later...
