I just called the USCIS automated system and it said our case is in Lincoln Nebraska - any ideas about that office?

Are they quick? Send RFE’s?

Idk how but the case before mind got approved on the same day (01/18/19) and mine got transferred to a different office jurisdiction. :(

My case got transferred to NSC since November 2018. I haven't heard from them at all. It might take a while before they get back to us. Like @I751_HK said,  we might hear from them by Feb or March. The USCIS case check processing time page is not as reliable as I hope it to be.  Hang tight. I'm with you.

Yes but it shouldn't take long. The date that displays on your approval letter is the day they sent card to production, at least in most cases that has been the norm. Once your card is produced, they ship it priority. You can also call 1800 number and ask if the shipped your card yet 🙂
