Depends on your risk appetite.

An airline check-in agent could refuse a boarding pass with just a courtesy copy. Better to have an original, watermarked 18-mo extension letter, or the i-551 stamp in the passport. Int'l airlines or foreign immigration are fickle with anything short of a valid green card.

Thanks for suggestion. Field office not scheduling any infopass.

Why? You can't schedule with an officer by calling? They took over scheduling for what I believe most states.

I did call them and they returned call after 72 hr today to schedule an appointment and she said that she cant schedule my appointment because I suppose to use that letter that I have (Courtsey copy)

Then she was wrong. It is not watermarked so basically it is a risk to travel on it. Your 12 months expired, I'm assuming? Just call again and explain that you don't want to be denied boarding and that you have never received the watermarked 18-month extension letter. Dont be afraid to call back and ask for what you should be receiving from them. In the end. you paid for this!

There's no mention of NSC/TSC timelines on VJ.  Do transferred still cases count under California or Vermont where they were originally mailed?

@WeGuyGal I wonder the same thing. My case was transferred to Nebraska in November and I’m still here waiting while I see California cases approved 😒😑

I feel you!

I'm just behind you both. On the 24th I'll be 15 months waiting on I-751 (and 3 months pending N400).

So today that's 1 year, 2 months, 24 days
or 14 months, 24 days
or 64 weeks, 2 days
or just 450 days

(I need to do something to pass the time 😉)

Sep-17 and you're still waiting? Ouch!

Has your case been transferred since you filed at Vermont? This must be so frustrating. Did you apply for N400 too?

it was transferred from VSC to TSC on Nov 23. i didn't apply for N-400 as my I-751 application is done through a waiver. my spouse is no more as of last May 😞

I'm strangely comforted by my 450th day being a round number. LOL I'm just glad I haven't ordered a cake, too many candles.

Febru-ancy will see me twitching if there's still no news.
