Well, it's been over one year, but finally received my notice of approval yesterday, January 7, 2019, for removing conditions on my green card.  Should be receiving the actual card within 60 days.  Hip Hip Horrahhh.  I don't know where the document is to update those of us who were Oct 2017 filers.

The physical green card IS the i-551 form. So, yes they're equivalent as far as the US is concerned.

My local office here in Kansas has a processing time of 6.5 - 13.5 months, but I'm really hoping that I get a notice of interview sometime in January (this month). I figure I won't get a combi interview anytime before 22 Jan, as that's the 3 year mark of my current permanent status. I'm basing this on my i-751 nearly hitting the 15-month mark and of course, blind hope. LOL.

I've been to our field office a few times and they never seem busy. But, that's not an indicator that if they do in fact have my cases, that it'll go any faster. A local Uber driver (who'd just got his citizenship a few months ago) told me it can take months for smaller places as they round up all the approved N400 people so they can do the oath ceremony in one hit.

Whatever happens, I'll be posting about it. ;)

I don't think so. For my field office, Chicago, from the other fillers experiences, It takes 5-7 months from filling to get an interview. So, I am not expecting anything changed until April or May...

If you get your interview in January, lucky you. I am not expecting anything, I don't wanna get dissapointed while waiting...

I don't blame you. I'm quite enjoying feeling hopeful (for as long as it lasts...)

If I do get interview notice in January, I think the earliest interview date could be February. Pie in the sky though!

Chicago's processing time is between 9.5 and 15 months. I am just hoping to get an interview till April or May- that would be my prediction.

I believe it's 6-7 months with most folks being interviewed around the 7 month mark, I will be filing for my N-400 within the next week or so (hopefully I get my GC by then, I just got approved yesterday)

Anyone has any Idea about EAC180270... Said that was received at my local office... mine was sent to VSC

Oh the local office business... if you are a EAC filer then you initially sent it to VSC... receiving it at local office and no notice of transfer or if you call the automatic service number if they don’t state where it is ... most prob it is still with VSC... you filled on the 27th? My noa date ...October 6th. Just waiting .....
