Hi Guys - Good News!!!

 

I got an email from USCIS few hours ago that my new card is being produced. I am a VSC filer EAC180270xxxx.

 

NOA1 - 10/23/17

Biometrics - 12/01/17

18 months Ext letter - received in August 2018

Approved - 01/04/2019 (no interview or RFE)

 

Just hang in tight and you guys will receive the good news very soon.

07/27/2015 - I-130 approved (I-130 was approved in 126 days from NOA1 date)

Mine got transferred to Lee's Summit :( Received transfer notice yesterday in the mail.

Yes, I did on September. I'm worried cos I've read from previous posts that Lee's Summit doesn't approve petitions.

No , I don't. I didn't apply for N400 because I knew local office gonna take another several months times for N400 . Mine got transfered to Nebraska service center on Nov 6th. I filed at California.

Yes, it seems applying for N-400 might add a few more months ( based on field office N-400 interview time) to ROC ( Nov 2017), but if the ultimate goal is US citizenship, look the positive side, you are cutting down a few more months for your N-400.  I got my passport stamped for a year until Jan 2020.  So I could wait another year without green card and I applied for citizenship in Nov, 2018 and I am hopeful that I will get N-400 interview even citizenship by Jan 2020.

Just in, CA center:

 

On January 4, 2019, we transferred your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number XXXXXXXXX, to another USCIS office. That office now has jurisdiction over your case. We sent you a notice that explains why we moved your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your notice by February 3, 2019, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy of the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

07/07/2015 - Sent AOS for K1 visa (I-485, I-131, I-764)
07/16/2015 - Received confirmation (I-485 receipt was not sent to the MAILING ADDRESS!)
08/05/2015 - Biometrics appointment
08/06/2015 - Received RFE for Initial Evidence for I-485 (need for pay stubs + tax return + letter of employment)
08/18/2015 - National Benefit Center received Response to RFE (Status updated to RFE received)
