Im starting to think that we are not going to get transfer notices. No idea why but ive never had to wait so long for a notice. something is fishy.

I saw that on my online account my Transfer to New office was done 4 times! twice on Dec 20 and twice on Dec 21 *eye roll* i just rolled my eyes thinking same happened with a local office transfer in Feb twice and one in March and nothing ever happened after that!

Yea. I just dont see why they would transfer us to NBC.. AND THEN AGAIN to our local offices for interview. Just doesnt make sense. but who knows. this is USCIS. Im kind of thinking they were transfered to local offices to be scheduled for interview. regardless of what they tell you when you call in. we know these guys have no clue of whats going on as what we have seen in the past.

Regarding the scheduling of interiew. i hope they can hold off some of the I-485 interviews and get ours out of the way considering we have already been waiting almost 15 months 🤣

Hello,

I am also one of you who got a transfer to Lee Summit on Dec 21st, but my notice is still has not been delivered.

Below, I will atach a notice of my friend who got transferred in May 2018 to Lee Summit ( he is a Feb 2017 filler but his case is still pending- btw, he did not apply for N400 ). I am quite sure that this is gonna be the same notice for all of us who got transferred to Lee Summit. As I tried to google and read more about the center, this is not a center for approvals! What is gonna happen to us, who knows.

P. S. Happy New Year to all and enjoy the holidays!

Yup and unfortunately, still waiting...

I was deathly afraid of this happening to me which is why i applied for N-400. I hope your friend can get an approval soon. Correct me if i am wrong but i still think the NBC can make a decision on your case regardless of what the internet says about them only reviewing your application and then scheduling it for an interview. i believe that if an I-485 case can be approved by these guys with a waiver request, an I-751 can also be approved without an interview from this location. this is just what i believe.

From everything that I've read and from the all of the experiences I've heard, nobody had an approval for I751 from Lee Summit center by itself. (Nebraska and Texas centers yes, but Lee Summit no). But also, I know so many people that were transferred to Lee Summit, had the combo interview with the N400 and then get approved.

Are you saying that a lot of October filers have their cases approved ? What's the case number range you are noticing ?

I am definitely seeing some movement, at least for the CSC cases I am watching (WAC180110xxx range).

I've seen one or two transfers today, no approvals, one dismissed appeal. However, some cases that have had no status update yesterday (it said received at local office) show "card was picked up by USPS" today. It appears that updates for some cases are not being put into the system, it must depend on the case worker.
