Try to call and listen your status over phone.  Most likely they won't tell you location.  That's the difference from those applications that got transfered earlier on Nov 6th and Dec 20th . Plus wordings in the status are little different too.

Yea i did. Previously it JUST said "your case was transfered" with no location. today it sais "Case was transfered and a new office has jurisdiction" but still no location. If i were to call customer service im pretty sure they would be able to tell me. I just dont feel like waiting on the phone. There is a guy in the September 2017 filers page who mentioned they got the same notification today and that its in texas. So i asked them how they knew it was in texas. still waiting to hear back.

I got the exact same message today! I'll call and see if I get anywhere with finding out where my case has ended up. I should get notice in the mail by 19 Jan.

Case Transferred And New Office Has Jurisdiction

On December 20, 2018, your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number WAC180170XXXX, was transferred to another USCIS office. That office now has jurisdiction over your case. We sent you a notice that explains why we moved your case.

Everything is mess.  Most of the cases are obvious and people submitted a lot of evidence, not sure, why it takes more than a year to review and approve .   Each case should not take 15 to 20 minutes to review and approve

I appreciate it. Yea im pretty sure wherever yours goes, mine will go too. Im kind of hoping it goes to Texas. But who knows. Since we applied for N-400 it could well be on its way to an underground cave to be stored while we wait for our N-400 interviews. Expect the worst. Pray for the best. Cant wait to see what you can find tho :D

Did you apply for N400?

If you apply for N400 does not mean , the case will be transferred.  I applied N400 and my case is still in the local office ( no idea what is the meaning of local office)

Ha ha! I wouldn't be at all surprised is there's a hidden vault somewhere just for us. :)

I've just got off the phone with USCIS and it was p.a.i.n.f.u.l... A level 1 agent told me my case was at my local office (they'd already told me it probably wouldn't touch them) and when I questioned this, he said I'd have to wait until I got my letter and that it 'wasn't possible' to tell me where it's at.

He then transferred me to tech support rather than a level 2 agent.

I'm now waiting for a call back from a level 2 agent. If I do hear anything, it won't be for another 2 hours or so.

And that's Thursday...

My local office told me they only touch an i-751 if it goes to interview. The officer said straightforward cases are dealt with in their entirety by service centres.

I-751 cases, do they work on those in service centers or local field offices?

So I got a call back from a level 2 agent and it seems my case has been transferred to the National Benefits Center (NBC). She also said that my N400 was there too, but couldn't give me any more information.

I'm having a dig around VJ to see what's happened to other posters who've gone to the NBC. I'm wondering if I'll be processed as a combi case from there?
