Infopass appointments not available -- checked every day for a week now

Infopass appointments open every (business) day for the date 14 days ahead. Cancellations occur at random times, whenever someone decides to cancel. When the online scheduling system opens for a specific field office seems to vary, you just need to find out when that time is for the NYC office. For the LA office, it is 6:30 AM (and I was only able to find that out by spending an entire night logging onto the scheduling system once an hour until I found availability).

I need help on the error I get when setting up infopass appointment.

 

Last night I was able to find a NYC appointment for today at noon. After confirming the appt we did not get a confirmation or pin. We got an error  " No field office found for given country code USA. " This is the same error when searching for the appointment.

 

Then we tried setting up a new one and now it tells us we already have an appointment and won't let us set up a new one.

 

Has anyone experienced this?

Anyone Had Luck getting info pass at NYC Federal plaza, June 2018 ?  My spouse already had interview already in Nov 2017. In our doctors document which was sealed had written follow up with doctor in two months. Which we were not aware. We were told to provide the clearance from Doctor. we submitted that to office in December 2017. We have called numerous times to USCIS but no luck and also requested for further information. They said you are still in the processing time . We filled ha I485 in December 2016. 

 

I couldn't get info pass in NY Federal Plaza . Will it be okie if we go to Albany NY as non of other offices has opening. If you guys have any info please feel free to comment below.

My wife lost her wallet and needed to get an appointment asap to get her I-551 stamp on her passport so she could prove her status.  We tried to get appointments for days and none were available.  We looked early in the morning and late at night and only once saw and appointment.  By the time we submitted it didnt go through and when we tried again it was gone.  We even tried multiple offices in different cities.  The whole process was so stressful and upsetting, was ready to give up.  Found this site and gave them a try.  I had my doubts but they surprised me and got us an appointment the very next day.   Hope this helps anyone who is having trouble scheduling like we did.

No wonder there are never any appointments available. I bet these people you pay a $100 to keep clogging the schedule. Ridiculous!
