@NigeriaorBust..He is 37 years old...My understanding is that he can use the birth of attestation along with a signed and Sworn Affidavit from someone who has knowledge of his birth, like an aunt, uncles, pastor, etc..Does he need the birth certificate and not what's mentioned above? I am sure there are school and baptismal records available, but just want to follow the Embassy guidelines..Thanks in advance!

The attestation of birth from the NPC and the sworn affidavit(Age Declaration)from any relative who has knowledge of his birth is absolutely fine.

Thanks @Abies...I am also thinking these can be used at the Embassy as well?

Yes. It was what I presented at the embassy for my previous K1 and it was completely accepted.

Did anyone confirm that Attestation was accepted ?

All I got from NPC was Attestation of birth and I also asked my mom to sweat an affidavit supporting that all records are correct and she is the mother.

Is that accepted for USCIS (AOS)

You're good to go...that was what i did and it was accepted
