You had your interview 5 months ago and have not received your green card? Did they indicate that you were accepted and have you not received anything?  It should not take 5 months with no correspondence - I would call them ASAP too and see what has happened.

an info pass appointment is where you go to your local USCIS office to ask them questions face to face about your case.

I see. So according to you, this is definitely unusual... It's so strange because I called my lawyer several times and he said all we can do is wait. I'm confused as to his behavior.

I will try to see if I can set up an info-pass appointment, as calling was unsuccessful; they said that there is no customer service rep available at this time and hung up.

Obviously every case is different, but I think waiting 5 months after the AOS interview with nothing but silence from the USCIS is extremely odd. Have you not received anything from them since your interview?

My green card came in the post today. 8 days after interview. Case tracker still says “Interview is scheduled” 😂

We had our interview yesterday and was told verbally that it's approved. My online status is stuck at "ready to scheduled interview appointment" so not very accurate. Officer said that our card will get to us in 2-3 weeks. I called USCIS and talked to level 2 officer right after our interview and he informed me that nothing is approved. I speciafically asked our interview officer if my case needs his supervisor's approval and he said no. He clicked through his computer stating that all it needs is that he checks boxes and submit the card production which he did in front of us. We are very worried.

Allow 7-10 business days to receive the welcome letter

Then wait for another 2-3weeks to receive the actual card.

We had Interview on Dec 12th 2017.

I got my welcome letter on Dec 16th 2017.

I received the actual card on Dec 23rd 2017.

But case receipt still "Interview is scheduled"

Dont worry about the online receipt, it's always misleading people.
