Exactly ! the worse part of the whole process that you don't know how long you have to wait !

I hate uncertainty ! I mean if we knew this gonna be 1 year 5 Months or 1 month it's okay, at least we could prepare our life ...but to be 100 % " blind " is ridiculous killing my nerve !

Just had a thought... if we recieve NOA2 when im visiting Jakes, thats not going to affect our case with me being there at the time will it?

 

Probably a stupid question but wanted to ask..

I agree so much about getting the NOA2.  The process isn't done at that point, but the rest isn't nearly as long, and there are plenty of milestones along the way to see the progress as you continue to POE.

We're lucky, the consulate is scheduling interviews the next day, so once we get past NOA2, and the delay to the NVC, it won't be long.

I believe most people fill the affidavit of support when they get NOA2, I’m going through rapidvisa and they also said that’s when you’ll do it. I’m october 19th filer and the way I’m thinking it’ll go is 

NOA2- April 25-28th

NVC-May 9-12th

 Putting us at POE by the end of June. ( I know there are other steps after NVC)

VJ processing times have already moved to July 21 (yesterday was July 20)... It may just be people retroactively updating their timelines but hey... I like any kind of progress I can see!

Yeah ill be travelling on my ESTA but ill be there until end of May & our esitmated NOA2 is beginning of May so assuming we will get approval whilst im visiting

I really think it is. I feel like they will get most of August approvals done this month and I really hope some of Septembers. I feel like we could be getting our NO2's as early as early April so June POE is definitely possible...I certainly hope so anyway
