I am quite sure the NOA1 that I was supposed to get in October is one of them. It is the other one that I am not sure what it is. And it's been almost 4 months since they said they received my package and accepted. And at this period I was guessing some October filers may start getting NOA2s.

I mean sure I hope it's your noa2 (oh and one of them is obviously noa1 I'm talking about he second one)

but to give info on the regular timelines here; they are doing june and up till mid July as of now and no August or September got anything.

I am freaking out right now. My fiancé was flying over today and just sent me a text saying he’s been detained at the Orlando airport. He doesn’t know why or what’s going on. He’s probably going to miss his flight to Atlanta now. He has a return ticket and his esta. This has never happened before and he’s taken several trips over. I’m crying my eyes out right now. Really could use some encouraging words from you guys.

I’m so sorry that hear that! Everything will be ok, you’ll see! When you’re a Visa waiver it’s easier, maybe they just want get more information.

I had a really bad experience some months ago. They detained me a the San Diego border, denied me entry and they even canceled my tourist visa. I was entering with my Mexican passport. Some months later I tried entering with my french passport at the LA airport and had no issues, they just asked me a bunch of questions.

He’ll be fine! ❤️

The officer just called me. He said because he’s stayed so much over here in the last year that that could be considered living here illegally. He’s never over stayed the 90 days. I’m heartbroken and shattered right now. They’re going to let me know sometime tonight whether he will even get to stay this time and he said he is not to come back until he has his k1 visa. I’ve never felt so sick. Just hoping they at least let him stay right now. I don’t want him leaving like this.

I’m sorry you have to deal with this! I wonder why they granted him a travel visa if he was just gonna get detained once he got here??? And like you said he never overstayed.. the K1 just cant come fast enough I feel you girl!!! Everything will turn out ok in the end <3

I was crying my eyes out on the phone with the officer. I’m just praying they let him go. I hate this. They’re acting as if he was trying to be sneaky and live here. We would never. That’s why he’s always always gone back to England.

He typically stays for about 60-70 days then goes back for 3 months to earn enough money to help me. I mean we didn’t know that wasn’t allowed the visitor visa states within 90 days. We have a daughter for Christ’s sake so of course he’s going to try to stay as long as he legally can.

Same thing happened to my fiance in July Brittani. We were driving down from Canada together for an extended stay over the summer. He's NEVER overstayed and we've visited each other many, MANY times since meeting. He had only been in the states for maybe 3 weeks in the last 365 days, but they turned him away for "not having strong enough ties to Canada" and treated us the same way, as if we were trying to be dishonest and sneaky. His job contract at the university had ended as had his lease, so we thought it was the perfect time for him to visit for a couple of months (he did summer 2016) with no intention of overstaying the 180 days Canadians are allowed to be in the US, but no go. It was REALLY sad and frustrating.

Does he have strong ties to the UK? Lease, mortgage, job, etc? Crossing my fingers for you <3

I’m so sorry Brittani. I’ll pray for you and your fiancé. They have to let him in! I swear some people just don’t have common sense. I mean, if he uas waited this long for the K1 visa, he’s not going to do something illegal now. That’s just ridiculous! This is why I’m not traveling to the US until I get my K1. I’m done with all this nonsense. I hope everything works for you!!! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼💕💖

No he doesn’t. He moved in with his parents when we started dating to save money. I mean he still has a job though.
