I was just reading one of the posts here that someone got REF for not having enough proof that they saw each other in last 2 years, they sent pictures, boarding passes and copy of stamp in beneficiary passport but they asked for more stuff, what did you guys sent like a proof

I sent in pics... A LOT sent his boarding passes, mine, our passports.. And our pics were super regular... Like from date nights and such... Or pics with our friends and family... And I dated everything... Our intent to marry too since my fiancee went directly to my dad to ask for my hand and all

TONS of pictures of all our trips with detailed descriptions such as the exact date the photo was taken, where it was taken and a brief description of what we were doing that day. Every single plan ticket ever, every page in my fiance's passport with all his stamps in it, both of our i94 document that shows everywhere we've traveled, also a copy of my daughter's birth certificate. I'm not really sure why they would request anything after they've got all of what you listed unless it wasn't very many pictures and they didn't put to much on it....??

I sent 10 picture's with description who was on them and where was taken, bording passes, copy of passport stamp, signed letter how we meet, letters of intention of married my and his, email with my plane ticket,i hope we r good

I'm sure we're all fine. Just have to think like an immigration officer. In my mind I thought well I'd rather send to much than not enough.

Which app would you recommend for tracking? I searched on Google Play Store and there was so many.

For your personal case status

spinachs and it also gives you notifications from other cases close to you (only android), if you want to see others and search yourself case tracker

Believe me I'm the queen of doing that. I think I found the one you were talking about. I don't think they sent a lot of pictures because the fiance didn't like taking any but unfortunately that's a no no with these types of relationships. Me and my fiance are always snapping pictures for this purpose alone but we like having pictures of memories. :)

Same here. Remember we always hear less success stories, and more of the things that go wrong here. People tend to write things when they are searching for a solution, and when they're angry or in fear.

There are about 3-4000 people in each month filing right? And you may hear horror stories of maybe 2-3 in each month.

I got so anxious over so many things and possibilities, and my own possible rfes too which I didn't know before I read this site.

so after a while I realized, there's a reason for every cases different nature, and unless you have a huge red flag like didn't meet before filing, (which is pretty much the only case I saw gets denials) or both are not single (didn't supply divorce papers). Please don't worry :) or more like try not to worry. Come here vent to all and you'll see everyone is worried, and everyone was worried in June too yet they're moving forward getting their approvals sometimes rfes but even those are easily resolved in most cases.

Also none of us here are alone :)

That gives me slight cause to worry, I sent in photos, but less than 10. I am one who takes more photos of places, scenery etc.

That's the number people say is enough around here :) if you put other hard evidence it is ok. Photos are just secondary evidence to support the hard evidence such as boarding passes, passport stamps and receipts

Yes, as for the rest, I sent in boarding passes, passport stamps etc. Whole process is nerve wracking!
