October 2017 I-129 K-1 filers

We haven’t heard anything from them too. They received our files October 10, 2017 and we got the NOA1 on October 13, 2017. Since then we waited and checked website twice a day. Based on the case tracker app we have it has been exactly 100 days now since our last status changed. I tried filling up timeline here but all I can put is everything about the filed petition until it’s NOA1 and the estimated time is between April and May! it’ll be 6 months or more then which they said not the normal processing time. I'm kinda running out of patience or maybe just getting tired pf getting disappointed everyday. So, did any of the october filers received any notice or update?

they are working on mainly June filer and early july filers at the moment. The average wait time currently is 180-210 days. No October filer got their noa2 yet here. So your timeline seems normal for the time being.

I'll be at 100 days in 1 week. It's such a horrible feeling. I just hope I am one of the lucky ones. A lot of May and June filers that were from the UK didn't have to wait more than 180 days and I can only hope I'm the same. As far as I know only a few Octobers have for RFE I'm not sure about approvals. Now there was one person who claimed to have been approved but everyone thinks they were lying...why I have no idea or if they were.

oh i guess to give false hopes 😩 what else can we do, nothing but wait. I guess lets just prepare things that will be needed when we get approved. 🤗 stay positive

Well we October is 3 months away from July and July and September have way less cases than May and June has... so all we can do is put the date in mind, and try to stay positive because negativity is not going to help when you're waiting for a 100 more days 😊

I agree 100%

I told my fiance today if all goes smoothly we should be fine getting married in August but then followed it with however regardless we will be getting married this year.

And that is actually 10 months since filing.

And yes this year!!

 

i mean it is what's happening to most people,I'm not saying people are not waiting long but still most people is poe  by 10 month.  I'm waiting to see till they get through July filers because that will be closer to my date to give me real possibilities. June with that many filers is definitely not a realistic estimation for me.

I think there's nothing wrong with hoping for an early approval in April. I do, since I think it's perfectly possible even if processing times remain the same. There's also the real possibility that they speed up in the next months since there will be less cases to process that reinforces this hope too. At the same time I'm aware it could go not as smoothly as I wish, which is why I'm also prepared to have to wait longer.

 

Both are possible scenarios so I don't see why we can't just hope for the best and keep focused on that while being aware of the worst, which I think we already are. Just saying.

Guys, I can remember when we were just at Day 20 and now we rep. 100!🤔

 

It tells us that there isn't a big deal in dates, numbers, months, etc.😁

 

Whether USCIS is taking long or time to get their work done, WE MUST BE WITH OUR LOVED ONES this by GOD'S SPECIAL GRACE! 💖💖💯😍😘😊

Also at day 100! I'm excited as well.. I'm considering it our halfway point to NOA2 (whether or not we go past day 200 i would still say its a good ballpark reference). I saw a post in the July thread that someone got a response from USCIS through their congressman that they admit I129F has been backlogged due to priority in other areas and that they will be hiring and basically adding support in order to give the I129F some much needed attention.. That combined with the fact that there are less filers in the months after June gives me hope that we will see things speed up and if anything, our timeline at least won't be pushed out further than it already is! Feeling super positive today guys!  We got this

O yes! We're definitely half way to NOA2. I saw the July Filer's information from the Congressman.

Yippee! Also, I noticed that the wait from NOA2 to NVC is getting shorter everyday.

 

Last week, 7+ - 8 weeks... 60days

This week Tuesday, 48 days 

Today, 40 - 41 days
