At the way it’s going @Naes do you think it’s reasonable to say mid  October filers could get here end of June?

Hmm I was wondering if I can make it in June :)

but the problem is it is possible but I wouldn't advice on planning on that. Look at john. He is june 6, lots of june 6ths and people after him got approval And some even moved the case to the NVC already! But his case got stuck. We have 5 people in May who got stuck. So this happens, we can't certainly say that your case or my case won't stuck there...

Luckily I’ve planned my wedding for January 2019, I’m just impatient and want my fiancé here. Some people have said he wouldn’t be here til July-August, possibly September and the thought of that it’s heart breaking

Yeah, I mean I don't understand why everyone says August is far fetched for us to do a wedding. With normal processing right now if they don't get back logged again I calculated my fiance getting here in July and us getting married early August.

True. I also believe Oct filers will be with their loved ones by June to August.

I am more concerned with the start of Senior year in Arizona. I hope I won't have to leave my son to finish one school year before he can follow me. I initially thought we can fly before May. :(:(:( But now that seems impossible.

Things would definitely have to speed up massively for that to happen. Fingers crossed tho!!

Guys all we can do is hope for the best and be aware of the worst.

today I saw a December 11 no2 being told their case sent to NVC on January 11. Now I know there are lots of people waiting even before hay day and I don't know if uscis lied again (cause I mean seriously their pants are continuously on fire...) but I want to believe that NVC wait times will come down to better, and they probably just f-ed up something there in November along with Their other f ups.

I don't want to believe my fiancé visa case which I will additionally pay a 1000+ dollars on AOS will be as long as a cr1 case. I'm thinking if no extraordinary problem occurs like my case gets stuck, I will have my VOH by May.  And if anything goes bad by July.

Think the best, prepare for the worst. Not because it will happen but to save yourself and your relationship from stress.

(today it's only 10 am and I snapped at my fiancé 3 times on 3 different phone calls since morning )

Well I'm all for it, just please don't forget that there's july, August and September equaling to 9000 cases (and June is still has at least 1000 more cases) to go and so far in the last three months they only looked at 7-8000 cases.

just to give statistics, I'm no fan of negativity btw

Welcome ! I love your optimism and I hope you’re right but prepare for a bit longer of a wait. To me if we get it by the end of April I’ll be a happy camper. They’re currently on July applicants so we’ve got a while to go

Delete Texas service center and put California there, it effects your timeline too btw. Your case was not transferred from a center, it was assigned to California from the lockbox :)
