Hi fellow October filers, I got back from my trip to visit my fiancée only a few hours ago and although it's been more than 28 hours without any sleep I decided to run a scan... to find out that there

3/27/2018 "mid-full day" scan   This is gonna be today's "full day" scan. I'll usually do it later, but there doesn't seem to be more movement and after more than 30 hours awake I can't stan

What to do after NOA2:

Spoiler

After USCIS approves the petition, it is sent to the National Visa Center (NVC). The NVC will assign you a case number and send your petition to the U.S. Embassy or Consulate where your fiancé(e) lives.

The NVC will mail/email you a letter when it sends your fiancé(e) case to the U.S. Embassy or Consulate. Once you receive this letter, inform your fiancé(e) to take the below-listed actions to apply for a K-1 visa and prepare for the interview.

Lol... still trying to figure this forum out. I did my AOS from 2010. Not sure how that got there. I’m doing i129f for my fiancé.

PHILIPPINES ONLY!!!  CFO (Commission on Filipinos Overseas) INFO - Can't leave home without it!

 

PDOS (Pre-Departure Registration and Orientation Seminar) is for ages 20-59.  Peer Counseling is for 13-19 years of age.

It is required to have the visa in their passport for PDOS and Peer Counseling.

 

GCP (Guidance and Counseling Program) is for K-1 Fiancee and IR/CR-1 spouse ONLY.

Thank you!! I'm very nervous, triple thinking everything when it comes to the documents, praying i provided everything correct.. Awesome, I will definitely do that! I went through Rapid Visa and they said it was sent today, so we'll see what happens.
