Hope everyones well! Apart from this bloody wait..

 

Im counting down the days till i see Jake 😊 71! definitely the best decision ive made to visit during this wait with all the delays 

 

Are they definitely already starting on July filers now?

Yep at least one July filer is confirmed to have been approved. 😊🎉

Yep and I only looked at Vocaledge’s latest scan quickly but it looked like quite a lot of June petitions were approved today as well! 😄 more than the past few days at least.

No of course they're not. July already waited 180++ days so it's already pretty late.... and June is not finished but at least they're moving forward.

I think processing times are getting stable now, instead of increasing. It is still a long wait from NOA 1 to NOA 2. But coming months have less cases and less vacations, so i'm hopefull. They do have a lot of catching up to do so i don't think processing times are going to where they were last year anytime soon.

Hello to all my fellow October filers, I've been lurking around and getting the hang of this site and all these immigration terms and how to look at the information and what not. I've done fairly well waiting, for me now its been 94 days since our case was received. But to think that we are barely halfway to our NOA2??? It kind of makes me feel sick. I haven't been able to see my man since last february... and due to work circumstances I am literally trapped here in the US until the end of June. He is trapped in Colombia, seeing as a tourist visa is just not a great option for us plus we don't want to run the risk of being denied it. I don't want to give any of these USCIS people a reason to deny us what we really want which is our forever. I think you guys can relate. Anyways, this is just to say hey. I find that if i look past the NOA 2, and look forward to an arbitrary event in say June (for me its my freedom from this work hell) the time seems to pass faster and it doesn't feel so daunting. Thanks to everyone out there who contributes, I appreciate you all very much

NOA2 : 6 months + End April/ Early May

 

USCIS to NVC : 8 weeks (60 days) End June/Early July

 

NVC : 1/ 2weeks (7/ 14 days) Mid July

 

NVC to Embassy (DHL - 7 days) : End July

 

Schedule Interview ( 30 days) : End August / Early September

Yep...according to current situation the whole process will be 10-12 months. if I knew that I would have gone with CR1 !!! arghhhhhhh !!!!!!!!!

I wanna pull out my hairs, but then I remember I just spent almost 100 euros for hair cut and treatment ... so better not !

This really depressed me... We wanted to do our wedding in October but now that looks grim... Should have done spousal 😔
