They're doing Junes now...you should be fine.

We still have 8 months to go before then!

The calculation I did yesterday estimated my beneficiary's POE in July and that's if nothing gets worse :( I think with all the immigration news headlines coming out it's going to get worse and not better

Jeeez, where did you do these calculations? Not trying to sound contradicting just curious so I can figure up mine. I did mine for last July and I'm a mid October filer. Now my fiance is UK and their consulate moves pretty fast.

NOA1 was on August 18th for me, so with the trend of NOA2 taking about 200 days, that would be an NOA2 on March 6th with no RFE. About 50 days to send to NVC is May 5th. 10 days at NVC is May 15th. 30 days for interview June 14th. 10 days for VOH (Visa on Hand) would be June 24th. 7 days for POE is July 1st :(

Ok, so that's the longest it could take. I know it's hard but try not to think to much on it. I'm really trying to be positive and trust me...I am not normally this positive haha.

Hi everyone! My fiancé filed in October. We have an immigration attorney who said that it will only take 3 months max. Well, since he filed in California this is obviously going to take waaaay longer. I’m so happy I found this group! Sometimes I get sad and frustrated but I know it’s only a matter of being patient. Good luck to all of you! 💖

This wait has been such a drag. It's only been three months and we still have at least three more to go. I'm going insane.

SAME! I have my days where I literally get anxious and depressed from thinking about it but most days I'm just thankful we've already started the process.

I totally understand! This waiting is just painful. Since my attorney said it would only take 3 months I even quit my job. Oday I got a new one, because staying busy will help, I hope! Good luck to you! Lets stay strong! 💕

Consider yourself lucky that you don't have a two year residency requirement! With my situation right now, I could only get issued a K1 visa in September, I'm trying to get that waived and have been praying to all and every god out there that it's gonna get approved. Hopes up! 🙏🏼

My attorney said it would take 3 to 5 months too. In theory we could be close to or approved at this time. In fact, I was supposed to be a June filer but my attorney took three painful months to send the packet to the USCIS. Couldn't be more upset at them.

That sucks but I do understand. We have wanted to get married since May 2015 but his divorce took nearly two years so we've been waiting a very long time and have a daughter together so yeah it's pretty rough.

That's rough. I can't even imagine how hard it must be having to spend nearly two years away from your partner and your child for the sole reason of government paperwork. I'm glad that your wait is finally coming to an end. Stay strong!

Oh don’t even get me started on divorce. When we wanted to file we discovered that my fiancé’ Divorce was never concluded and of course the ex didn’t want to sign all the paperwork so he had to file for bifurcation in court. It took pretty much a year to get it. I can totally relate! I’ll pray for all of us! 💕

Oh no he constantly comes back and forth. He will come here for two months then go back for three months. He's self employed so we have that luxury thankfully but we've been doing that the last two years and she will be 2 on 2-2-18. I don't think I could survive going two years straight without him.
