I know, its crazy to think we could be a few weeks from NOA2 this time last year :\

Lets hope your right! I do feel better about this wait knowing im seeing Jake in 83 days (yep im counting haha)

I hope so!!! im quite an anxious person anyways which doesnt help, i have nothing to hide & as Jake's said to me, if they ask questions just be truthful & show the proof we are doing this the legal way, we just want to have another visit beforehand - im actually flying the day after i do my last day at work, so technically still going to get one final paycheck anyways lol

If you hear of any stories of people going through borders with no job & having no issue, please let me know, i'd be grateful! I did post on the 'Yes you can visit' forum but not much was said to me.

I agree, at the end of the day, its a huge move & leaving families behind plus being apart for so long, were not doing this for the relationship to turn bad & not be worked on if need be! This is my first marriage so really new to me, im VERY excited though :D talking about our future excites me, i cant wait to settle down!

HAHA, I know...I even included a letter in the petition about how we met, when we met in person, etc basically our story "we just want to be a normal, boring, married couple" hehe...kids...house...jobs...maybe a pet or two... :)

Last update of the year for the average processing time of all cases received every considered day and approved within the next 197 days, as to 12/30/17.

Only one week has been added since the last graph, being these results, however, more accurate since more days have been considered to make the calculations.

Again, the tendency isn't looking good although it's also true that this isn't the best time of the year for USCIS to make good progress. We'll see what happens with the beginning of 2018!

I really hope things speed up, but I hate to be "That Guy" I just don't see things becoming quicker anytime soon, even with the Holidays being over now. I got my NOA1 on October 23rd, and my estimated adjudicated date has been pushed back almost a month so far. I want more than anything for me to be wrong. I feel horrible for the people already that are at or over 200 days. This has gotten beyond ridiculous.

I am of the same opinion, I'd actually be "happy" if the situation just didn't worsen. The main problem I see is the huge backlog they have created over the past months. Even if they miraculously started working faster and processing more cases than ever it would still take time for them to get over it and for us to see some noticeable progress. I'm not saying there's no room for optimism, only that if things start getting better they will only do it in a very slow way.

Advice: stop looking at your estimated adjudicated date, it won't give you any reliable information and will make you even more frustrated ;)

I got an email today that they have now forwarded applications to the Texas and Vermont service center to help with the case load so hopefully things do pick up for there are now three centers working on the K1’s...asking any experts on here how we can find out if ours was one that got forwarded. I would like to know which center I need to check the processing times?
