Last update of the year for the average processing time of all cases received every considered day and approved within the next 197 days, as to 12/30/17.

Only one week has been added since the last graph, being these results, however, more accurate since more days have been considered to make the calculations.

Again, the tendency isn't looking good although it's also true that this isn't the best time of the year for USCIS to make good progress. We'll see what happens with the beginning of 2018!

I really hope things speed up, but I hate to be "That Guy" I just don't see things becoming quicker anytime soon, even with the Holidays being over now. I got my NOA1 on October 23rd, and my estimated adjudicated date has been pushed back almost a month so far. I want more than anything for me to be wrong. I feel horrible for the people already that are at or over 200 days. This has gotten beyond ridiculous.

I am of the same opinion, I'd actually be "happy" if the situation just didn't worsen. The main problem I see is the huge backlog they have created over the past months. Even if they miraculously started working faster and processing more cases than ever it would still take time for them to get over it and for us to see some noticeable progress. I'm not saying there's no room for optimism, only that if things start getting better they will only do it in a very slow way.

Advice: stop looking at your estimated adjudicated date, it won't give you any reliable information and will make you even more frustrated ;)

I got an email today that they have now forwarded applications to the Texas and Vermont service center to help with the case load so hopefully things do pick up for there are now three centers working on the K1’s...asking any experts on here how we can find out if ours was one that got forwarded. I would like to know which center I need to check the processing times?

Is there any way you could attach the email/copy and paste? Thanks!

I read incorrectly and that’s my fault. Apparently Vermont has been handling cases?! I’m not sure but from what I can see in the email I was sent there are now three service centers working on these petitions...

The graph isn't intended to predict, just to have a general idea of how long, on average, cases received each day from April up to know has taken to be approved.
