you could try, if it is deployment then yes you are eligible but if it is PCS move, morelikely no  call the military helpline ...they are such as good help  and so friendly

Hi  Everyone   

I’m a October 19 filer , received a rfe 12/11/17  and replied 12/23/17 . Just patiently waiting . I’m upset because I paid some one to help and still received the rfe because lack of information.

They are not working on October yet.. was your case expedited?

No . It was not . Just sent it in  October and received and rfe 12/11/17 is what it said on the website . Physically had it 12/20/17 and replied and sent it 12/23 . I’ve been reading a few threads I don’t think I’m the first from October .

I honestly have no idea ! I’m pretty sure I’m not the First one from October Maybe their on another group check July an October filer was there  he received an rfe also .

Yes you can, under special circumstances such as deployment to the Army etc.

I think it's safe to say that no one on the site knows what they're doing exactly unless they work for USCIS so anything is possible. I am choosing to take this as good news and not bad but not get my hopes up as well. Good luck to everyone. Here's to approvals in January/February (fingers crossed very tightly).

Nope, they are working on May & June mainly, July should begin in a few weeks
