I honestly have no idea ! I’m pretty sure I’m not the First one from October Maybe their on another group check July an October filer was there  he received an rfe also .

Yes you can, under special circumstances such as deployment to the Army etc.

I think it's safe to say that no one on the site knows what they're doing exactly unless they work for USCIS so anything is possible. I am choosing to take this as good news and not bad but not get my hopes up as well. Good luck to everyone. Here's to approvals in January/February (fingers crossed very tightly).

Nope, they are working on May & June mainly, July should begin in a few weeks

Maybe then this is a general check when people file applications & theyve given you an RFE now & not when you've waited longer? thats pretty good if they are thinking that way

Hi guys (even though I would be totally hyped about it)

 

there can be rfes at any stage of this process from what I saw so far. If they realized when scanning your case that something missing obviously they may ask earlier  

 

and still I hope this is a good sign for all of us. So keep us all updated

I'm so excited guys! I've officially ordered my dress

Since it's so hard to plan a big wedding when the dates are so uncertain and we have only 90 days we're doing a court house wedding and a nice ceremony a year later so all of our loved ones can be there to witness it. Just trying to share some positive vibes on here...anyone else have anything for theirs all picked out?

hello, congratulations, we also thought to make a simple wedding in the court and then something big with our families, I have already seen some dresses but sometimes I feel that I should wait for them to approve us !!! I congratulate you seriously 🎊🎉

I have to have something to get me through the wait and this actually helps. I actually live in Georgia so it's pretty much hot year around here. That makes it easier to plan.

Same here . Civil  first to start everything going . And hopefully in December a ceremony  with our family
