Jeeez that's A LOT of people applying for a fiance. I guess you never realize just how many until you come on this site and look up the numbers.

Average 4000 per month. About 50-60.000 per year and around 16% gets denied. That's usually a total of 8-9.000 of a year.

in the uscis website they put reports after each quarter about what they did. The numbers in pending, approved and denied.

If you like to check those. They actually even have a report on how many k1s approved in each embassy per month. A report for each month. But as someone can get their noa2 yet get their visa moths later they may not be a good indicator of how this process will go...

sorry I'm going crazy and these numbers are my comfort blanket 😂😂😂

That's sooooo many!!

You're fine, it actually helps. I wish we could have an indication of when ours will be approved. I hate the estimation at the moment. Mine says freaking April and that's so depressing. I'm not sure what happened but it use to be 2-3 months for the approvals now it's turned into like 6 months. Really hoping it goes faster.

So I'm a September 15 filer and my estimation (some say optimistic but well I'm going with it) is that they will start September in February and I'll get around valentine (most likely right after) but let's see how the things will peak.

So if this estimation is correct it can even happen during mid- march.

I am am trying to update estimations as much as I can. Cause I am not a monthly scanner I am doing the overall data.

And if they continue this pace, the one they have right now, my early feb estimations wouldn't be so off 😊

But october is a risky month right now cause you guys fall in the next quarter. It is harder to estimate..

Yeah there's no telling. Only thing we can do is just ride it out at this point. My future in laws are coming to visit the first two weeks of May and I was hoping we could get married then but if we don't get an approval until April then that's definitely not happening :(

Well first of all no sad faces cause it scares away noa2s.. we will do sad faces when we really have to.

as we are waiting with May and June filers who are already ar their 180 days, we realized smiles and sarcastic comments help psychologically.. so upwards smiley faces :) try to think about being together instead of one or two weeks of extra wait..

and Even though there is nothing we can do, I'll and I know every single tracker of each month will try their best to give their estimations to help you along the way.

none of us is alone here, and we are all help each other in any way we can to make this process easier.

if you are a worrier, going to the months where people are getting noa2s already may help your stress.(I am a worrier so for me that helps 😊)

Edit: if you hate optimistic all shiny positive people this may make you hate me 😂😂 I'm normally not a positive person by the way.. but I am watching May and now June closely since the start and this is the one way we all realized things go faster and better..

Lol no I am more of a doom and gloom kinda gal (I was the loner/emo/gothicish chick in high school) but I am trying my best to remain positive through this process. On the bright side he's coming to see me from late January to early March. I'm being optimistic that we'll get our approval then. I do appreciate you trying to cheer me up. It's just an off day full of lots of tears.

I am so hoping you will get by then (as that means I would get it before then!)

PS_me too! (it's mysterious to me to even think I'm this positive about all this so you can go all gloom and off for you I'll be here making you all hate me till you get your noa2s 😁)

Hey everyone! I’m new. Uscis recieved our packet on October 30th. Are there any October filers who have been approved yet? I’ve heard so many stories. Most people say it’s taking a little over 100 days, I read one post where a couple got approved in FIFTEEN days and one was approved in FIVE days!!! Could y’all imagine?!? That would be pure bliss😍😍 some people have gotten approved in a month, that’s why I’m asking this question. The end of November is approaching. Thanks in advance.

Oh sweetie you sent your package in the wrong time then. Expect 5-6 months o f a wait. Write now they are in May and very early June (they are around day 170+)

unless you expedite this is what to expect.

also you are most likely a November filer 😊

And  selcome to the looong wait...

sooo we can get approved and wait a bit more...

How can I expedite it? How much is it to do this?

Oh okay. You have lots of new terms to learn 😊

You can't expedite with money, it has nothing to do with money and you asking that way most likely means you won't be doing that. It's mostly for military personelle and humanitarian purposes like war or such.

so please calm down and wait till April (and what is your noa1 received date on the hard copy?)

go around other months and read around if you like to grasp what's happening.

Like @Naes mentioned... you cant pay the expedite and expedite are more likely for military in urgent matter and special cases.

We both are military member and we CAN NOT expedite our case. Soooo....

Put your seat belt on and enjoy the wait ;)

Welcome! Unfortunately what they're saying is true. Right now it's a long wait but that doesn't mean it won't pick back up. I saw someone on here here earlier today say they were approved and already had their interview and they were a June filer. So at least they're finally working on Junes. My day is October 16th (my NO1 date) and this site says my estimated approval time based on current wait times is early April so I would imagine yours is mid April, add two-three months for NVC phase, medical, and interview and that's when you should expect to be marrying your fiance but don't let all this discourage you. No one knows what goes on with USCIS only them. This site is full of speculation. Each case is different and their are those rare cases who do get approved extremely quickly. I myself have not been that lucky yet.

Sorry for answering it is meant for Daniel.

yes and no. Yes that's the total pending but I found some extra cases and "document mailed" cases are also count as pending so the overall total is 4141, and pending cases to work is 3874 Just for October.

This is the overall up to October but this is missing 1 of the cases I found in between November cases.

You're right some cases were missing. For some reason the "Document Mailed" cases in my raw data came without case type (I-129F, I-130, etc) so I left them all out.

Now, using your raw data, I counted two more "Received Cases", 3816 in total. Could it be you missed that extra one or you added it later? All the other results for October are the same.
