I'm very excited when I saw that it's already month of September that they are processing but then it's not true so I was like.  Woooh.  I hope there's miracle and they will expedite those months that waited for too long.  It's been two months that I haven't seen Dom and it makes me sad everyday. more months to wait.  But still hoping for the best. 💪💪💪

Well based on my time line and the rate they're going we should have our approvals by April so late May or June I feel like is a possibility. I really hope they speed up a bit though because his parents are coming to visit me the first two weeks in May and he wants to come over with them so for them to be here while we get married would be ideal if not he'll just have to go right back to do his interview and turn around to come again. Either way I think it's possible. Fingers crossed for March approvals!

It's up you when you wish to let your employer know about your situation. Personally, I will just be providing a 2weeks - month's notice (depending on when I get a flight that won't cost an arm and a leg) that I will be leaving and only a select few will be made aware of why exactly.

 

I don't have kids but many persons have moved with kids and have used the the K-2 visa for their kids. Is there anything specific you're curious about?

Really hoping things pickup for May/June filers.. im not going to be able to see Jake until i can move over as no more annual leave left at work  i hate seeing posts of September  filers saying they HOPE to get NOA2 in April... that means May for us... erghhhh

My employer knows ....most of my co workers start their calls to me with "any news yet"

I  can imagine some employers would be less so. If you have concerns then check your employment contract and give them the notice required.

Thanks, I told my fiance I'm not putting all my hope in that but I'm also not going to be a negative nancy about it either. Sometimes this site can be a bit depressing because it's all speculation at this point. You know they've been moving slow this year but for all we know it could pick up quickly after the holidays and we could have our approvals before March. No one really knows only USCIS knows. With that being said at least I know he'll be here for good by my birthday (August).

Try to stay positive and remember this site doesn't determine when we get it. Only USCIS knows that. It could pick up after Christmas. Finger crossed and thank goodness for Facetime!

No nothing but I would take it as good news not bad considering some of May filers were just getting RFE this month...is that on the app or an actual account with USCIS?

Thankyou  i need to stop looking at the forum i think...

 

 

I also just realised, our case number begins with WAC18 (assuming 2018) does everyone else in October have the same?!
