So the app is the old system and hasn't been linked to the new system's data as far as you can tell?

Exactly because new system requires personal log in. Which an app should not do either way :) the app goes for the info that’s out in the public where you can put any number on the uscis case tracker and it shows. Now if they stop that system alltogether in the future we will know nothing.. yayyyy just like what uscis wants us to!

Yup, just like Naes has said. To log into the new system you need have a random code sent to your email to log in which the app is unable to replicate lol. It is unfortunate but I think they might be trying to do it for the greater good of providing privacy. On the upside, they have been a lot more up-to-date with the information being provided and they have made very generous updates to their systems as well so it's not all bad.

Yeah, you have to submit it right away, probably soon after you do the court wedding. That way your significant other can be up and running in about 6 months. you dont want them sitting at home too long. things are hard in the country like in Nigeria, they need to see it for themselves. Hahaha. (Sorry for the humor on a serious matter)

I love your humor, Dear.

It's really needed for this process!

Exactly! There is people waiting from even June! (Probably before too) let's keep the positive vibe like that, positive. I am going to call us octopuses BTW, so many versions for October filers that I made my own.

I know how you feel. I haven't been able to see my fiance for the last 6 months. I won't see him until he is here for good. Its difficult for me ri visit because of my work and its difficult for him to visit because it will take him the same amount of time to get a visitor Visa as it's taking for fiance lol and

I totally feel for you @Naes. I hope you get your approval today!!!!!!!!!! I am praying for yours as much as mine.

To tell the truth it is not even about my approval. I said the same things months ago, I said the same thing if someone would say a similar thing about a new month starting, and I will say it again if necessary. What we all need is compassion for each other, sympathy for each unique situation.

However, this was a little too quick...award winning level quick...

They got to October 10th in 3 days!!! If we start negativity now, what will we do when by chance your case is on the other end of the average.

And I just realized this is the first time I actually seriously looked at a possum......

Now im not complaining, but to say that they got to october 10th a bit strange, they just took some cases from first 10 days of month, it doesnt mean that they got there... in that 10 days more or less 1000 cases (and its only i129F), and they proceed only more or less 50 from them. Same as you say about that people waiting since june , they passed june 2 month ago, and what, people still waiting. All what they say about that they proccesing case by case as they recieved it a bit not true... because if they process case from october now, there would be no one waiting since june. only god of uscis know how they work on that documents.

If to think that way as you said, they got to November 20th, as you can see on Igor's list .
And yes, im copmpassion to others, and wish to people before us to receive theirs approvals asap.
But we shouldnt scream about that they got to October 10th, cause its not true. Once everyone or at least 95% of that 10 days with hear from USCIS any news, that will means that they got there.
