By the way just for their pattern: usually from 12:30 to 15:00 they sent mostly approvals, up to 18:00 you’ll see mostly rfes, and then when October starts getting rfes received most of those updates comes from 17:00 to 22:00.

Good luck guys! 😁

Good to know. Thanks!

Big number of cases in dates (usually seen after such as jump to the oct 10 in this case) mostly Mondays or the first working day after the weekend.

other than that, they’ll just go through all the way till end and move on to November when October ends while doing cases before of the dates they already touched.

I'm 10/06 yet they got to 10/10. So can I expect to hear soon? When I check the USCISAPP app it still says received 10/6, nothing new. Should I be checking somewhere else?

There's nowhere else to check, this is just the way it goes each and every month :) USCIS goes through and touches dates throughout the month and leaves a lot of applications on each date that still need approvals. If the app says your petition is still received, it's likely still received for now! This is only day 3 for October, and less than 100 applications have been touched out of the nearly 4000 October petitions, so patience will be a virtue for all of us!

Well you can also check the new uscis accounts. They usually have what we call silent noa2 info which doesn’t appear on the app.

however just because they passed your date or even touched your date doesn’t always mean yours will happen the same date so don’t worry.

Actually the new uscis account shows updates that sometimes never happen in the old system

Right I knew that about the new uscis accounts vs the old website, but can you tell me if the new USCIS seems to be current with the updates the case tracker app is showing or is it too soon to tell?

It is just like before think it like: we used to have silent noa2s on our case trackers. Now we still have them. But individuals seem to be able to check those statuses with the new account. So they are only silent to the old system. At least so far as we know.

So the app is the old system and hasn't been linked to the new system's data as far as you can tell?
