Correction: new uscis profile does not say received it says submitted. Your received date doesn’t change

i believe go by your hard copy 10/3 which is your recieved date...The new USCIS website 10/05 is your submitted date.

Yeah, when you scan from any given number, its a mix of everything. You'll get a big set of I-130s, then a chunk of I-129Fs or any of the other petitions they handle. It's pretty time consuming to find the chunks of 129Fs because you'll scan 500 at a time and sometimes only get 4 fiance visa petitions. It's honestly probably best to check for general updates posted throughout the day and then scan around YOUR receipt number to see how things are going around you, ya know?

That’s just a notification. It says clearly above it it was the submitted date. That one you use for inquiry and the other one is your received date. Which by the way does not even matter. You now know your date has been touched as they approved a case from October 10. Now it is waiting whichever date it is.

You can however file an inquiry after the processing times pass October 5th.
