I wouldn't do anything until USCIS asks. It's unlikely they will ask, assuming the passport was valid when you filed your application. 

I was born in the US. The only thing I am worried about is when they sent me my new passport they didn't send in my old one and when I sent the application for the k1 I didn't make copies of the stamps. ): I am hoping I don't get a RFE.

Hi fellow October filers, I got back from my trip to visit my fiancée only a few hours ago and although it's been more than 28 hours without any sleep I decided to run a scan... to find out that there wasn't any movement. Because I don't give up that easily I decided to run another one just now to see...

 

THE FIRST OCTOBER APPROVALS!!!!!!!!!!   

 

Only three so far from 10/02/18 but it's a beginning. So exciting!!!

hi all,

my noa1 date is oct 16, but when I checked it changed to oct 23, and I noticed some of only changed by a few days but mines has a week difference, ughhh , but I'm glad to see some progress.....

I'll be running for sure a full day scan at around 6-7 pm (Cali time) every day. If any case/s are updated after that scan then they will be included in the next one. Some days I'll be able to run also a mid-day scan, but I can't guarantee it since I don't have a fixed schedule at work. Hope it's good enough
