Someone please help me here. I think the fact that I did so much work in the past (2012-2013) all on my own as left my brain fried or just have me feeling less motivated with doing research etc:

-Visa denied at consulate file I-601 waiver (all Lawyers said I couldn't get approved for this)

-Filed I-601 waiver on my own and requested expedite so fiancé could attend my graduation

-Both expedite and I-601 waiver approved (USCIS not so bad afterall lol:P)

-Got married and filled I-485 and I-131 (I-131 approved and we traveled to his brother's wedding)

-USCIS REQUESTED A SECOND I-601 WAIVER BE FILED SAYING I DIDN'T QUALIFY THE 1ST TIME and new medical (financial nightmare and stress to now gather documents again for waiver)

-I filed I-601 waiver a second time and it was approved.... green card issued:)

My question is: What is the income requirement for me and my fiancé? is it $20,575 for a household size of 2? I think I read on here that I'll of to provide 3 years tax return so would all 3 years of to meet the requirement? What exactly do they need to see at the interview (paystubs, W2, tax return, bank statements)?

Sorry if someone already answered and I missed it.

I would advise, you go check it up on the Country's Embassy web.

Yes Jean that seems to be true.  I'll check out sample i-134 later and see if videos on YouTube are helpful

Thank you for verifying that for me. I will do more digging once I get in the mood for it.

***removed*** was very very useful to me in the past so if anyone run into any issues you can probably check out that site. I had gotten samples on there for helping with my waiver and read many other experiences that gave me good insight. The consulate reviews on here and support from other members also helped :)

I think the consulate in beneficiary'so country MAY give more information as far as what is needed for i-134 in whatever packet they send out after receiving case from NVC. Our best option may be to research what other people submitted recently when they went to consulate in beneficiary's country
