See this was my thought process as well. We have over 1300 pages of chat logs to take to the interview. My thoughts on putting all that stuff in the initial petition is it could only slow the process down. How far are you in the process?

I did as well. It was received October 16th.

It's crazy they're so close, considering they get more than 1000 applications every day!! We should share our respective application status when the time comes, although they don't necessarily process the cases consecutively. Best of luck to you too!!

I did as well. It was received October 16th.

Mine was 21180, sent on 13th Oct, NOA1 20th Oct.

Hi everybody. I'm a newbie here. Got my receipt letter October 16th. Fiancee and I from same background.. Parents knew each other.. And have been back and forth and hoping this will not be a long wait. A friend of mine did the same and her fiancee just had interview. She said approval took about 3 months... Im hoping mine does as well

James only wrote his statement how we met. we did NOT put any pic or plane ticket, but I think he did put an order when he was based here in Germany. hopefully we wont get RFE

Welcome ! right now it seems like for all of us that we will get our approval or NOA2 within 3-6 months  that would be the best Christmas or New year gift ever if we would get NOA 2 within 3 months...but who knows, maybe miracle happens

I agree!!! Lol my fiancee is shooting for February and that will be a nice Vals gift.. I see him in December so this will be nice either way!!! I'm rooting for everyone!

It so would. My dream would be to get married on March 19th. That's my grandparents wedding anniversary. They raised me and neither are no longer alive so it would be so special buuuuttt if not I won't be to upset. I just tell myself as long as we are together that's the most important thing. I did check based on my time line that the approval (NO2) for us would be around March in the 20's but no one can predict anything.

That is awesome ! it helps to be able to see each other while waiting. so the wait doesn't feel too bad.

Thank God we be able to visit each other every months
