Hi guys! I have a friend that filed a k-1 petition in October 2017 and it's been exactly 4 more since his application was received and he has still not gotten NOA2. Where is everyone else in the process as I know that is extremely long wait time and don't know if everyone is being delayed or if his application has an issue?? On the case status it just says active. Thanks !!

you could start by looking at the post directly above yours... It is a breakdown of the movement in applications... October hasn't started yet. looks like they're just about to get started with September filers

great news then. im hopping to see September first approvals this week

I think it will be next week at the earliest that they start September. I'm just hoping to see August get up to around 50% on Igor's list. THAT is usually when they start the next month.

I feel fairly confident October filers will start reaching POE in June. Not all by any means but some.

@Naes Do you think October filers will get there timeline moved back a bit? Since September started? Thanks! :)

As I said before I expect my approval or to be at least 10 days before what vj says... to tell truth now I'm expecting September 15 to be 15 days before my vj timelines.

so yep I do think October will definitely benefit from this. But the vj timeline moving back has to do with people on vj getting approved only so that may flow a little slower than in reality.
