Last night I had a dream where I got an RFE. Hopefully it was just a dream and we'll get a straight approval.

God this process is starting to take a toll on my mind 😞

Buhr, do not think about this wait or the process too much for now. Your journey has just begun and it will be hard but the light at the end of this dark tunnel will be more than just worth it. I know we will all get our happily ever after . Just be careful not to get too stressed out in the meantime bcz it doesn't just take a toll on you but it also affects everyone else around you including your significant other so just keep enjoying your relationship and just remember that it only gets better from here on.

It is... but I won't be satisfied until it hits 6 and then I'll feel like YES we are finally so close! Although I wish it didn't have to be that way :/ Still feeling positive and ever closer.. February has been a much better (faster) month for me. January was just never ending

@John & Rose, I was a little behind on a few posts but I got up-to-date and let me say this right now, this is no way trying to be rude or mean to you or target you or bully you. I believe everyone is high strung from this whole process and I believe that everyone is entitled to feel impatient, granted some more than others esp you with the foolishness that the USCIS has been putting you through with your case. You have been a very valuable member to the VJ community. With that being said, I know that there are filers before October that are still waiting (including you) but we shouldn't turn against each other. Snide remarks have been made by many persons from all sides but there have also been misunderstandings as well between a few members including @Meisha&Jake. I'm not asking or expecting apologies to be handed out but we are all adults and I think it would be best for all of us to let what has happened rest in peace.

Waiting sucks and we are all in this struggle because even after the K1 there's still a long journey ahead to be continued. We need to all remember that the pent up frustration and anguish wasn't caused by each other but instead this process. It's these same feelings that have destroyed many good relationships as we have seen here on VJ. It broke my heart the other day reading a post about a beneficiary being told by her fiance that he can't wait any longer and that he has found someone else. Imagine being told that? We all need to focus on our relationships as well as helping others and remember that nothing should be taken personally. These things have passed and I hope everyone will go back to providing constructive feedback as well as others will accept the feedback given whether it positive or negative because none are 100% certain of anything this process has thrown at us and will continue to throw at us.

Sorry for the long post but I just thought it needed to be said.

Nice! Others with loved ones in Colombia!! I'll be going in March too to spend some time with my fiance. It's tough as hell being apart. We have a 4 year old together and he's already with me in the States so it makes the distance from Mom/wife worse. And we never thought of getting her a tourist visa before so now we're just screwed in this long wait. Big sigh

Can Lynn do her exit interview, from the Philippines, prior to her interview at the US embassy?

What is the exit interview called?  Also, after we receive the NOA2, what do we need to do?  Please list everything for us after NOA2.  Anything we need to update, prepare on her end and mine, as well as fees associated, if known.

She and I need clarity.

Thank you
